This is a favorite restaurant of of mine, and of my husband. We order different menu items each time, and we're never disappointed. This last time we were celebrating my birthday. We shared the Melenzane Parmigiano for an appetizer, and for our entrees: the Pollo Cacciatore and the Lasagna. Everything was cooked to perfection as always! Of course the restaurant had a cozy, romantic vibe, which we love. And, as always, the servers -- all the staff in fact-- were friendly and attentive. It was the overall great experience I've come to expect and love. I highly recommend Marzano's!

The best place to dine. Everything is fresh and well put together. Customer service is outstanding. The workers are professional, friendly and very nice and attentive.

Waiter took sometimes to come over and greet us, even though they weren’t all that busy at the time . My wife ordered lamb chops, and the waiter said we don’t have any, even though it was on the menu. Food was good

Food was absolutely exquisite. I had the fillet special. I could cut it with a butter knife. Always cooked to order. Staff is always very polite and accommodating.

I love byobs and this one, being right in town, is a good one. At Marzano you get a consistently good meal.

First impressions are lasting. Arrived a little early and asked to sit at the bar instead of a reserved table. The hostess didn't get it but after explaining we were more comfortable, she "allowed" us to sit. Greeted by a server and specials were announced. BYOB place so we had white bottle for pre-dinner and red one for dinner. Same-size glasses for both after asking. Were instructed we HAD to order entrees at the same time as apps or the order would not be entered. We almost felt we were going to be asked to "hold a credit card" Interestingly, other tables did not get the same speech (Side note -my husband is black and in a room full of whites). Two older women sat at the same time with one bottle of wine each and had not ordered at all (zero tab now with them). We asked why and were told, "the kitchen makes us on busy days". This was Friday evening (we went early).. bar of 16 places with only 4 (including us) and 4 tables of 30 were even occupied. After stating "we are not sure what we want after apps. We may share or not" we were "approved" to put in apps without full entrees. We made it clear we may go somewhere else to be allowed to have a nice peaceful dinner. Another table came in, ordered apps, and was NOT asked about entrees until after app was served. We were left now for a long time. When we said we were ready, she took our order and within 5 min, we had our entrees (clearly pre-cooked and just served). While the food was good, the negative atmosphere and overall experience distracted from the meal. After paying the bill, the server came over, asked if we were "all set", then took the bill. She IMMEDIATELY took the complete tab over to an "owner/manager" and looked at it together. We are generous tippers/patrons and tipped over 20 percent (remember BYOB) even with the cold shoulder service. We feel that regardless of the patron, service requirements, etc. it is vital that you offer your customer. a great experience. Not going to be here though.
