L'établissement est toujours considéré comme étant le meilleur restaurant de la ville depuis sa création en 1989. L'ambiance et le décor ont évolué à partir de simples décors chics de braderie. Les propriétaires et les employés pensaient qu'un "grand restaurant" devait être consacré à la "création d'excellents plats". La passion des premiers employés et leur amour pour la nourriture et les boissons sont restés intacts à ce jour. Le restaurant souhaite partager les mets et les boissons qu'il aime, que tout le monde apprécie, avec chacune des personnes choisissant de lui rendre visite.
