為保障每一位顧客的用餐品質，每組顧客的用餐時間限制2小時。
每項餐點將酌收一成服務費。
本店不提供兒童餐、兒童餐具及兒童座椅。
本店不提供餐點外帶及打包服務。
本店嚴禁攜帶寵物。
用餐時請注意說話的音量，共同維持舒適的用餐環境。

There is a minimum charge, one dish per person.
Reservations will be reserved for ten minutes. If you are late and need to keep reservation, please call us.
If you don’t show up after making a reservation for two times, you will be disqualified to make any reservation in the future.

2.星期五、六及連續假日，不論任何時段，五人以上的訂位皆須綁定信用卡預付訂金方能完成訂位。訂金作為保留座位使用，若非無故不到或違反訂位規則將不會收取任何費用。
3.用餐時間為180分鐘，從訂位時間起始計算。

**Cancellation/No show**
If you cancel within 3 days(including the day) before the show up without a reason, you will be charged NT 1700 per person.

**Children**
Children under the age of 12 have an potion to choose a la carte spaghetti, NT750.
**Minimum Charge**
Minimum charge is one set meal per person.
**Dining**
The need for dietary adjustments must be known to us at the time of booking, or 72 hours in advance, otherwise we can only make adjustments based on our existing ingredients.
**Corkage fee**
The corkage fee for wine/sake/c (700ml) is NT600, and the for Champagne will be NT1000 per bottle. The cost of opening a bottle of spirits is NT1000.
**Precautions**
- No outside fodd or beverages are allowed.
- No pets.
- Since the dining mode is a set meal, the meal will only be served before all the guests arrive at the same table.
- If we need to clean up the mess caused by drunk guests, a cleaning fee of NT4000 will be charged.
- We don't accept change seat request.

《訂位須知》

SENS設有獨立私人包廂，可讓賓客們充份享受更具隱私的用餐環境和過程，至多可容納12人，另外也提供餐廳包場服務，至多可容納22人，並接受環境佈置與特殊活動的安排，若有需求歡迎與我們聯繫與討論。
《訂位取消與人數變更》
因本餐廳所有食材皆是依據訂位人數採買及準備，若欲於預約日期3日內(不含用餐當日)取消訂位或異動減少人數，將酌收每人NTD$2500食材準備費用，此筆費用恕不保留未來預約使用。若您需要調整訂位時間或是人數，請提前3日告知，我們會為您妥善安排。
《蛋糕預訂》
SENS提供預訂生日蛋糕服務(僅限有預訂餐廳用餐的貴賓，不提供外帶服務)，售價分為個人蛋糕NTD$ 280、6吋蛋糕NTD$ 1,580、8吋蛋糕NTD$ 1,980，蛋糕口味依當日準備為主，如有需要請於用餐日3個工作日前(不含公休日)與我們聯繫。
《服裝儀容》
半正式休閒，男士請勿穿著短褲、背心、涼鞋、拖鞋；女士請勿著拖鞋或高跟拖鞋（腳後跟需有包覆或繫帶），並避免穿著運動短褲，感謝您的配合。
《用餐叮嚀》
1.若有任何忌口、過敏的食材，敬請提前告知。
2.為確保完善的用餐品質，餐點將於您與同行賓客皆入席後一起供應，午餐用餐時間約2小時，晚餐約2.5小時，誠摯邀請您，保留充裕的時間，感受餐廳精心的安排。
3.請勿攜帶外食及飲料，生日蛋糕除外。

3.破杯/嘔吐清潔費：

＊餐廳提供素食餐點為三道式套餐，為$1,000/套，酒水及服務費另計。
＊為確保食物品質，所有餐點均為限量供應，餐點皆可預訂，如需預訂，請於用餐日前一日21:00以前來電告知或私訊粉絲專頁您需要預訂的餐點。

＊如自帶酒水並點購餐廳紅白酒一瓶，可折抵洗杯費4個；點購兩瓶，可折8個，以此類推，不換杯不額外收費。

This restaurant accepts online reservations within one month, and does not accept social media reservations via Facebook, Instagram and etc.

If the number of reservations is more than six people, please dial 0912-390-398 after 15:00 during business days, our staff will assist you in the reservation.
On the day of the reservation, your table will be reserved for 10 minutes. If there are changes in the number of people and reservation related information, please inform in advance.
If the number of people is temporarily reduced, we will also charge the original reservation number of the Minimum charge. If the guest were late past 10 minutes, we have the right to rearrange the reservation. Dining time is limited to 2 hours.

If you cannot make it in time, please call us so we can save your designated table.Deposit is not refundable if the reservation is cancelled within 48hrs of your reservation time or no-show.
Corkage fee: 500 NT per bottle.
Bookings of 5 or more people are required to pay deposit. Starting March 25th, bookings for Friday-Saturday are required to pay deposit.
Guests are permitted to bring the cake and we will provide candles.
Dogs are allowed but MUST be in their pet stroller at all times to avoid causing invoncience to other guests.

LOPFAIT has launched the "Zero-Waste Cooking Set Meal" starting from October 18, 2022, with a wholehearted dedication to sustainable food.
* The set meal will be served on the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month at noon.
* 10% of the meal's proceeds will be donated to the Taiwan People's Food Bank Association, contributing to the promotion of environmental sustainability through our food choices.
