Le dernier de son genre près de la rue 42nd Street, le restaurant Chez Josephine est un petit bijou de quartier fondé en 1986 par Jean-Claude Baker comme un hommage à la légendaire Joséphine Baker. Ce bistrot parisien propose des concerts de piano et un menu alléchant dans un cadre intime avec des murs de velours rouge, une profusion de lustres et un plafond bleu étain. Vous serez reçu chaleureusement comme si vous étiez de la famille, que vous veniez avant ou après un spectacle, pour un dîner tranquille entre les deux ou pour prendre un verre au bar de zinc.
