La Cave n'est pas un bar à vins. Le propriétaire Michael Morton, du célèbre restaurant familial Morton, préfère ne pas décrire son concept unique La Cave en ces termes limités. Avec son menu tentant composé de petits plats, un cadre élégant et sa sélection de bières et de liqueurs bien équilibrée, La Cave propose plus que simplement du bon vin. Ce refuge confortable situé à Wynn est un paradis des plafonds voûtés, du fer forgé, du bois poli et de panneaux de verre. Le chef Bill DeMarco, un protégé du chef Charlie Palmer, a mis au point un menu séduisant de galettes, de petites assiettes comme des tapas, des grillades, des plats de charcuterie et du fromage gastronomique. Chacun est destiné à se combiner parfaitement à l'un des nombreux vins de La Cave. Affichant une ambiance sexy et amusante, cette cave consacrée au plaisir du vin est entièrement équipée avec une terrasse extérieure donnant sur des jardins paysagers et des piscines. Morton résume très bien cet endroit : « Je veux que les gens repartent comme s'ils venaient juste de passer leur plus belle soirée. La nourriture et le vin étaient excellents, la musique était bonne, et ils ont passé un très bon moment entre amis ».

Spacious and softly lit, the main dining room offers seating at sleek wooden tables or cozy booths, accommodating up to 50 guests for a seated event or 75 for a reception. A ten person "share table" allows for intimate wine tastings and special decanting events. With its low slung ceiling, the cave-like Cellar can accommodate 16 guests on one, long bar-height table for a seated event. An arched steel gate features Latin phrases extolling food, wine and the arts, evoking the feeling of an exclusive wine cellar in Tuscany. The Garden Lounge recalls an oversized, stylish living room where guests can unwind with a glass of wine and several savory small plates. This lovely lounge accommodates a maximum of 50 guests for a seated event or 100 for a reception. When an event encompasses all three spaces, guests will truly find a one-of-a-kind destination that invites them to experience the true meaning of 'in vino veritas' in a sophisticated yet relaxed setting.

Service was poor. Felt rushed and they would bring food but had no plates. This continued to occur. Would not go back. Concept is good but food quality is like having frozen food heated up in microwave.

This IS MY FAVORITE brunch spot of ALL TIME!!! I have been eating buffets my whole life, growing up, vacationing always with a good buffet. Well this one is a STAND OUT! They come to YOU! The food is spectacular! Make sure to try the GRITS -best I’ve EVER had! The service here is on point & the ambiance is really something else.

The food quality and wine choices on flight is top quality. The 'tapas' style of plates can actually fill you up by themselves. It is listed just as 'one cheese' for $11 and you wonder until you order and you get tons of cheese, amazing breads, a hummus like spread and honey.. making it huge for one person! The salmon was the best cooked I have ever had. The wine choices were all Spanish and were very well chosen. The place is EXTREMELY dark and was very difficult for me to read the menu. It is a lively restaurant and almost always packed. The service was extremely good and friendly and attentive.. a rarity in LV.

THE WORST EASTER BRUNCH EXPERIENCE IN LAS VEGAS. BEING LOCALS, WE EXPECT CERTAIN DEFICIENCIES IN STRIP HOTEL RESTAURANTS, BUT THIS WAS THE WORST WE HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. WE WERE A PARTY Of THREE, AND WE ARE GAMING EXECUTIVES WHO EAT OUT 3-4 TIMES A WEEK. 1- THE RESTAURANT RAN OUT OF MAPLE SYRUP 45 MINUTES INTO OUR RESERVATION. CONSIDERING MANY OF THE BREAKFAST OFFERINGS WERE PANCAKES OR WAFFLES, RUNNING OUT OF SYRUP IS BETOND UNACCEPTABLE. 2- THE FOOD WAS LUKE WARM AT BEST AND SEVERAL ITEMS ARRIVED COLD. OBVIOUSLY THE WYNN DOESN’T CARE IF YOU EVER COME BACK.

They advertise this as a “butler style” service but all it really is - is servers coming around w trays asking you if you want to try something. We were expecting something a bit more classier I guess but it was just like being at a regular busy Resturant w servers flying around. For the price ($65/person for Easter Brunch - with tax/tip it was $180 for 2 people and we didn’t drink) there were approximately 15 food options. Apparently no different from regular weekends - but they bumped up the price for Easter of course. For $10 more you could have ate at the Wynn buffet with 100 plus food options - so it’s not worth the price. For the food it was extremely bland. Zero taste. Quality was very poor as well. Again we expected being that there were only 15 items to chose from vs a traditional buffet - the quality and presentation would be much higher - but in fact it was lower. Very disappointed. I would not recommend at all. you are better off just hitting the buffet for fresher food, higher quality, more variety, cheaper cost and better overall service.

We had the weekend brunch at "La Cave" - and were positively surprised about their concept. You have a menu - but basically just to know what will be served. As the whole service is "butler style", meaning: The servers are constantly cruising with plates with the respective dishes in small portions. Like this you are able to taste really ALL the dishes without any food waste. This is great! If you like a dish, you just take it again when they come again to your table - or you can also tell your server that you want that specific dish again. Very nice - and great food!

Had really high hopes, the food when it finally arrived was great but the poor staff was overwhelmed and we were forgotten a lot.. had to wave down people several times just to place a drink order and then again to order food. Was disappointed in that aspect, otherwise the atmosphere and food are top notch. Maybe it was just an off night?

The food was average at best. Not what I was expecting from this restaurant. All the food was not great, very basic but specifically mash potatoes came cold. We asked if this is how they’re served. The answer was no. The second portion also came cold. They were then left on the bill. The servers were hovering whilst we ate and taking plates away whilst still had knife and fork in hand. Every other place I’ve ever eaten in Vegas/Wynn has been better than here. Don’t waste your calories/time here.

Most unique brunch experience on the strip! Various dishes circulate to you while enjoying the poolside ambiance in a cozy yet chic venue. The only issue was, we kept getting delivered the same dishes and had to ask for the higher protein options several times. Also, my party wasn’t ready to leave after 90 mins, their policy.

Great food. It’s pricey, but you have to expect that anywhere nice on the strip. Portions are small but they tell you up front so it’s not a surprise. Similar to Tapas. It’s a little loud for my taste. I guess that means I am getting old. I am a local and we brought friends from out of town. Second time we have eaten there in 2024. We will happily return.

My husband and I loved this restaurant, for the food, for the ambience, for the experience. The service was wonderful, the staff, friendly, warm and helpful. We will make it a point on our next visit to Las Vegas to visit again!

I booked the restaurant over a month before my reservation requesting a quiet comfortable spot. What I didn't know was that at some point a private party was booked, and so when I got to the restaurant with my group of five, most of the beautiful part I had hoped to sit in was closed off. We were seated almost 30 minutes after our reservation time. The table/seating was cramped for five people especially when you consider that this is a small plates restaurant and it is recommended that you have at least 2 plates per person. Considering at least ten plates ( we had more) plus drinks and water glasses and silverware - we barely had enough table space and were elbowing each other most of the night. I understand that private events happen, but it was definitely at the expense of other patrons. I wish that there would've been communication that a private event was going to happen and most of the restaurant wouldn't be available and that would cause delays and poor seating. I would have honestly made arrangements elsewhere. The staff were very nice, but this was supposed to be a quiet team dinner before an event, which was why I requested somewhere comfortable and quiet in my reservation, especially since I had just had my second open heart surgery and needed some space to stretch. I was disappointed that that was how we ended our trip in Vegas.

Food and wine was amazing. Our server Matt went above and beyond. He couldn’t have been nicer. Only thing was it was a bit loud. But we got used to it quick. Will 100% be back.

Disappointing. Food quality and taste below expectations. Had eggplant parm pizza. Couldn’t eat it. Pasta nothing special. The Caesar salad was good, enjoyed the presentation and anchovy ( proper!) taste. While the three dishes were ordered as courses, they simply appeared all at once and apparently nothing could be done about that. Two glasses of expensive wine that both were plonk like. Don’t go.

The reason for low rating! After a million messages of confirmation and telling me it was $54 a person on all messages when the bill came it was $64 a person. Honestly I know it’s only $10 more but I believe if you are promoting one price then stick to it! The services was fine and the food was too. A one time experience was good enough…

As far as Las Vegas restaurants go, we didn’t find La Cave lived up to all its hype. The restaurant is dark and noisy. We had difficulty reading the menu and saw a few people using their phone flashlights. In addition, our service was delayed. It took us 15 minutes to even get a wine menu and then our main dishes weren’t brought out at the same time.

La cave was a great experience from the gorgeous ambience to the delicious food and great music. All of the food on the menu was so good and always came out fresh. The bottomless drinks are good if you are going to stay for the full length of the reservation and the mixes for the drinks were very good. The staff was very nice and helpful during the whole experience making it a perfect spot to go to brunch.

Great service and ambience. The food was above average. Some items did not make any sense to me (buffalo chicken wings for brunch?). Costly, as everything is in Vegas, so if you're looking for a wonderful setting conveniently located in a hotel then this is an acceptable place. The food is just average.

With its low slung ceiling, the cave-like Cellar can accommodate 16 guests on one, long bar-height table for a seated event. An arched steel gate features Latin phrases extolling food, wine and the arts, evoking the feeling of an exclusive wine cellar in Tuscany. The Garden Lounge recalls an oversized, stylish living room where guests can unwind with a glass of wine and several savory small plates. This lovely lounge accommodates a maximum of 50 guests for a seated event or 100 for a reception. When an event encompasses all three spaces, guests will truly find a one-of-a-kind destination that invites them to experience the true meaning of 'in vino veritas' in a sophisticated yet relaxed setting.
