Celebrated a family birthday. Our group enjoyed their meals except me. Avoid the baby back ribs. They were very dry. Crowded and noisy, food is fair. Service is excellent

This is by far my favorite restaurant! The Apple Walnut Crumb Cobbler is to die for! We drive an hour on every special occasion just to get their Parmesan Crusted Chicken w Garlic Alfredo too! Definitely worth it!

Five of us had a delightful meal. The Twisted Shrimp appetizer and the Philly Cheesesteak Egg Rolls were a great start. The COCONUT CURRY BOWL and Braised Short Ribs were quite tasty. The fresh fish of the day was very good, too. Key Lime pie good and the fresh baked cookie with ice cream on top -- too too naughty - thankfully shared between 4 people.

We were seated at the bar in a booth, and Noel was our server. She was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. The food came out fast and hot. our meals did not disappoint, and looking forward till we return for another meal.

Food was good - service not good. Asked food runner to have our server come over so we could order another glass of wine - never happened. In fact, the server never came back to table to check on how the food was - even after we were finished eating they never asked. Was they were cleaning the last of the dirty dishes, sat them back on the table to get the check out of their pocket. Not the first time we have had poor service at the restaurant.

As always, a great experience at JB's! Service by Deanna was perfect. My wife just had clam chowder and the Jumbo Crab Guacamole from the Featured Menu. Delicious and a huge portion. I had the the "Fresh Seasonal Catch" which was swordfish which is one of my favorites.

Entrees were all a bit disappointing - Chicken was dry and not much meat - 3 others had ribs ( their usual ) and all felt the recipe had changed a bit

We live locally and go to JB Dawsons at least a few times a month! We always enjoy our meal! The menu has something for everyone- everything from burgers, salads, bbq ribs to steak & seafood. Service is attentive and friendly! You won’t be disappointed!

Love the atmosphere at Dawson’s. Their salads are huge and delicious. The twisted burger is my favorite. You can’t go wrong with a meal here.

Service was excellent, food came warm, we were checked on a number of times. It was a simple, good night for us overall.

Overall, we always enjoy our meals here. We were a little disappointed this time with the onion soup. You could barely find the cheese. We knew it wasn't French Onion soup with the cheese stretched across the top but, honestly, we only found a few shreds of cheese in the broth. The portion was also very small for $7. However, the prime rib sandwich was delicious and plentiful.

Pat, thanks for the 4 star review & most importantly your continued patronage! Sorry to hear about the portion size of your soup & the amount of cheese that was added. Please don't ever hesitate to ask for more cheese & we will be more than happy to bring it out. It appears the server didn't put the proper amount. As far as the portion size of the soups, they are all 8 ounces. The cup is larger so sometimes it doesn't look like it's a big portion. We are happy to hear that you loved the Prime Rib Sandwich. We look forward to serving you again.

Our server, Rhiannon, was excellent! We had a 99 year old with us who got really special attention! Our food was great and we were served an unexpected birthday dessert. Couldn’t have been better. We visit Dawson’s whenever we’re in PA and we’re never disappointed.

everything was perfect! verrry crowded but everything was in order from the second we sat down to order the service is amazing and the food is ALWAYS excellent!

We love Dawsons! This particular location is tough to get into if you don't make reservations for the weekend nights. I did make a reservation and only had to wait about ten minutes past the time to get seated; we understood and we get it, it's very busy there! Our waitress was prompt, friendly and efficient. The menu is varied, which we like; something for everyone. I would highly recommend you make reservations for the weekend; during the week, no reservations, unless a large group...is my observation. The food was very good; we love the bread and the spread that comes with it. Definitely a favorite of ours.

I ordered the Ahi Tuna Bowl from the featured menu. I always look forward to when this shows up on that menu. It is one of my favorites and was delicious. My wife ordered the grilled shrimp and scallops with creamed spinach and caesar salad. Everything was excellent. Service by Grace was perfect, which seems to be the case, no matter who waits on us. That's one of the reasons we love JB's.

Fantastic, as always. Service was great, food was at the right temperature. And all the years that we've been coming to this establishment. We only had a problem once and that was fixed pronto.
