First time here despite having lived in Abington for 17 years. We will be back. The food quality here rivals Blue Bell Inn, Joseph Ambler Inn and William Penn Inn. A real gem in Upper Dublin.

Outstanding service from Colleen… It was our second time at the restaurant. It is a little loud as music was playing in the adjoining bar. The recommendation would also be to list the prices of the specials, so customers are aware of what they will be paying for the product. I would definitely recommend the location.

When we arrived for our reservation there wasn’t anyone at the hostess area and there were people ahead of us who stated they were waiting for a table for six. More people arrived after us and stood behind us to wait. After a hostess arrived to the desk and identified the 6-top guests, I approached the desk with the intent to give her my name and reservation time. However the hostess disregarded me and started to ask the people behind me how many were in their group. I stated to her that we were next and gave her my name. She then responded in a very condescending and snarky manner, saying “… don’t worry everyone’s going to get seated”. I’ve never been treated in such a dismissive manner at a restaurant. She should have apologized for her error overlooking us - not lashed out at the restaurant’s patrons in a disrespectful tone. It was Mother’s Day so I didn’t make an issue out of it, but I certainly thought about going elsewhere to celebrate.

My wife and I enjoyed Mother's Day dinner, and both of our meals were excellent! My wife loved her Ahi Tuna and my bone-in pork chop was possibly the best I ever had (my wife raved over how tender my chop was!). Our waitress, Nicki (sp?), provided excellent service and was very personable and accommodating.

Service was above average (or average, considering the high prices). Same for the food. Very good, but also quite expensive. The atmosphere was subpar due to the live music in the bar. Don’t get me wrong. The artist (singer/guitarist doing covers) was very talented and entertaining. But the noise level was beyond loud. This is a rest not a concert venue. Turn the volume down two notches and would have been really nice. And no, we weren’t the only guests unhappy with the noise.

Food was excellent as usual- Menu hasn’t changed in a long time Server was ok - bread not served right away- we had to ask a few times We sat near the musician- way too loud! I could barely hear my family speak! Music should be background imo - not in your face Definitely going back- just never on Sat night

Food was great. Service was a bit disorganized and we weren't really sure what was going on when we got there and waiting for a table etc. Once we finally got seated and then finally got menus everything was great. Just took a while to get to that point.
