Regular reservations start upstairs and then have the opportunity if they wish to experience the downstairs space. Dimmed lightning, lively atmosphere and high-quality drinks. Eight years ago, Maximo Bistrot started as a restaurant for the thinking and execution of dishes from a wide range of techniques with the best of local ingredients; a warmful place that communicated our love for food.
