Our bar consists of two levels, each offering a selection of HANDSHAKE BAR's most iconic cocktails. Both environments provide a warm and unique tasting experience while maintaining an intimate character. One of the levels is slightly larger than the other to accommodate the needs of our clients.Duration of Reservations:The standard duration of a reservation is 1 hour and 30 minutes, allowing our clients to savor our exquisite cocktails and enjoy our distinctive atmosphere.Group Reservation Policies:The limit is six guests per reservation. For groups of five or more, a deposit of $250.00 pesos per additional attendee is required, processed via credit card through Open Table.Multiple simultaneous reservations or combining tables from different reservations are not allowed. There is a fifteen-minute grace period. After this time, the reservation will be marked as a no-show.

Eight years ago, Maximo Bistrot started as a restaurant for the thinking and execution of dishes from a wide range of techniques with the best of local ingredients; a warmful place that communicated our love for food. After a long and heartwarming road at our current location, we thought for the need of moving. Our new home, located at Alvaro Obregon 65 bis - a much wider space where gleams of natural light shine upon the surface-, is carefully assembled by Gabriela's meticulous look, and a kitchen built within Eduardo García's early memories, while living as an inmigrant in a barn in Ohio.
