Le restaurant The Merchant propose des plats cuisinés de A à Z. Le chef cuisinier Matt Foley officiait autrefois derrière les fourneaux du Craigie on Main, à Cambridge, et du Sycamore, à Newton. Le Merchant se trouve dans une grande bâtisse qui fut un magasin de cuir pendant plus de 100 ans. Vous pourrez profiter de tables hautes à proximité des fenêtres, d'un bar de 12 mètres et de plusieurs coins repas plus classiques. Le restaurant possède une salle à manger semi-privée, située en retrait, ainsi qu'une 2ème à l'étage inférieur. Toutes les viandes proposées sont affinées et fumées sur place par le chef Foley. Vous pourrez découvrir les spécialités de la maison, notamment les hamburgers, les gnocchis à la parisienne, le filet de poulet rôti à feu doux et une large gamme de desserts « rustiques ». Le Marchand propose également des salades, des sandwiches (10 USD et 12 USD), et de nombreux plats pour le dîner.
