Shaya est un restaurant innovant qui adopte une approche chaleureuse et accueillante à la culture gastronomique inspirée des origines israélienne du chef Alon Shaya. Le chef Alon considère la cuisine israélienne moderne comme une grande mosaïque, influencée par l'Afrique du Nord, le Moyen-Orient, l'Europe de l'Est, la Turquie et la Grèce.
