We are ecstatic to open a state of the art open kitchen server the two dish we recklessly love and can not live without; noodles and sushi. Our goal is to focus heavily on freshness and quality as we make craft noodles and sushi for our guests. That also means we will be making everything from scratch in house. This includes soups, tare (sauces), toppings, and last but not least, fresh crafted noodles. In the short time we have been opened we have been well received in terms of reviews critics and diners alike with awarding 4.5+ stars in all platform including Yelp, Open Table, and Google reviews.
