Le chef propriétaire du Ristorante Paradiso, Fabrizio Loi, est originaire du village de Triei, sur l'île de Sardaigne, en Italie. En 1978, Fabrizio a été accepté au collège culinaire national d'Italie, l'Instituto Professionale Alberghiero, où il a complété une formation intensive de trois ans sur tous les aspects de la gestion et de l'exploitation en restauration.
