After closing alongside the pandemic for 18 months, in November of 2021 a renovated Gotham was reopened by new ownership, longtime Managing Partner Bret Csencsitz and environmentalist Kevin Conrad, with former pastry chef Ron Paprocki taking over the iconic kitchen. Redesigned by its original architect James Biber, Gotham is filled with a vibrant collection of contemporary art by established and emerging artists.
