Depuis 1975, ce populaire restaurant servant petit déjeuner, brunch et déjeuner satisfait les fringales incontrolables des Britanno-Colombiens grâce à un menu savoureux de plats sucrés et salés. Arrivez affamés et commandez le plat signature "Dutch Pannekoek", qui a un goût similaire aux crêpes épaisses servies en Amérique du Nord, mais qui sont légèrement plus épaisses que les crêpes fines. Une anecdote à propos de ce plat est que ce large "pannekoek" peut être coupé en 113 bouchées d'un pouce chacune. Plusieurs garnitures sont disponibles pour accompagner ce repas substantiel tel que The Canadian qui est servi avec du bacon, des oeufs, des tomates et du sirop d'érable, puis le Trail Mix qui est garni de trail mix, de miel et de pommes caramélisées saupoudrées de cannelle.
