So entstehen neben dem klassischen Wiener Schnitzel und den Deutschen Tapas Kreationen wie das vegane Austernpilz-Schnitzel, ein gesottenes Schnitzel oder auch Fisch als Schnitzel. Bei der Auswahl der Produkte wird stark auf Regionalität und/oder artgerechte Tierhaltung geachtet.

Wir verstehen uns nicht in erster Linie als Restaurant, sondern als Gast-Haus. In unserem Haus kann sich der Gast so wohl fühlen wie daheim und so gut speisen wie in Mutters Küche. Kaum ein Berliner, der uns nicht kennt. Kaum ein Gast, der nicht gerne immer wiederkommt - seit bald 20 Jahren. Denn wir sind eine Oase österreichischen Wohllebens inmitten preußischer Askese. Wir haben uns in den Kopf gesetzt, für Essen Zeit aufzuwenden, bei der Zubereitung wie beim Verzehr. Bei uns wird noch kompromisslos mit der Hand gekocht, nach den klassischen alpenländischen Rezepten. Schmeckt hier ein Schnitzel noch nach echter Butter? Eine Rindssuppe noch nach Rind? Ein Semmelknödel wie aus Omas Kochtopf? Dreimal Ja. Und auf einen edlen Tropfen Wein direkt vom österreichischen Winzer nicht verzichten. Essen Sie sich bei uns rund, satt und glücklich, frei nach dem Motto von Winston Churchill: Man soll dem Leib etwas Gutes bieten, damit die Seele Lust hat, darin zu wohnen.
Luise is beloved for its 700-seat beer garden and extensive drink menu, which is extremely popular during the much anticipated football championships. In a culture where football is as controversial and important as its food, this is the perfect setting to enjoy both, but word to the wise, make reservations early and show up at the allotted time, which may be earlier than your reservation.During the cold season the inside with up to 280 seats ist devided in severel different areas.Whether you are looking for a formal dinner, a more casual lunch or dining experiance or a private room, all options are available. Velvet is a hyperseasonal cocktail bar (no food) in Berlin Neukölln. It’s weekly changing cocktail menu reflects the flavours available from Berlin’s surrounding at the time of the year and has earned the bar the title "Bar of the Year Germany" twice by Mixology Magazine & No.77 in the World's 50 Best Bars Top 100 in 2023. After harvest on their regular foraging trips in and around Berlin, the team turns seasonal plants into liquids on the weekly Lab Day. Die Räume unseres Restaurants in Neukölln erzählen Geschichte. Denn im Hinterhof der Elbestraße befand sich um die Jahrhundertwende eine Destillerie. Die Firma "Reichel Essenzen" war hier beheimatet. Eine Halle aus der Jahrhundertwende, die 70 Jahre für die Destillierung von Essenzen zur Herstellung von Likören diente und danach eine Vielzahl unterschiedlicher Nutzung erlebt hatte, ist nun der Ort, in dem das Restaurant eins44 seinen Platz gefunden hat."Fine Dining" ohne prätentiös zu sein, so sehen wir unsere Art zu kochen. Unsere Speisekarte lässt sich saisonal inspirieren und wechselt daher monatlich. Dabei greifen wir auf regionale und überregionale Produkte zurück.Unsere Weinkarte umfasst im Moment Weine Deutschland, Frankreich und Österreich. Hierbei sind jedoch sowohl die "Großen", als auch die jungen aufstrebenden Winzer in vollem Umfang vorhanden. Ein besonderer Focus liegt hierbei auf unserer Leidenschaft, dem Riesling.

An entrée of Berlin-style calf liver, meatballs in champagne or Schnitzel Linumer meadow veal will satisfy the appetite. Hauptstadtrestaurant Gendarmerie is located at the Gendarmenmarkt. This restaurant takes reservations and has a changing lunch menu.
