Our story began in 1973 when Greek Chef Lefteris Lignos from Santorini, moved to Puerto Rico and established Zorba the Greek, the first Greek restaurant on the Island. In 2022, his son Alexander Lignos decided to bring back the culture and the hospitality that characterizes his father’s homeland and opened OPA!
