Had a very enjoyable lunch at Avon Murphy’s. The location is great. The hostess and server both very friendly and helpful. The food, salads and fish & chips, were all delicious. The menu had interesting choices.

Everything was great until we got the bill- instead of being charged for happy hour drinks , we were charged full price for our wines- with 5 separate bills- every bill had to be redone plus gratuity was already added to bill. My group was trying to catch a train , so it made for a stressful departure. Also, why is gratuity automatically added with a group of 5 people? Not cool

We enjoyed a mid-afternoon meal from the Restaurant Week menu. The Salmon BLT was very good and flavorful. The fries were crisp, not soft or mushy. My husband enjoyed his Guinness while I had a Tito's cocktail. The place was just busy enough with a good vibe. We'll go back, for sure!

I went for lunch during Restaurant Week. I had the Salmon BLT and mixed green salad. For dessert I enjoyed a Baileys White Chocolate Cheesecake.

Great service, food is very good in the pub fare category. Lively bar scene and live music that's a nice addition to the energetic ambience without being overwhelming.

We arrived early and were seated promptly! Our waitress was extremely polite and very upbeat ! Mixed drinks always delicious! And our apps and dinner was AMAZING! It’s our holiday tradition to enjoy dinner at Con Murphys after spending day in Center city 🍸🎅🏻

The ambience and service was very good. However, the food was not great. My Rueben sandwich would have been delicious if the meat wasn't so tough. I couldn't chew through it. My daughter's nachos were meh. Wouldn't order either if we went back. My husband did enjoy his Eggs Benedict. I would recommend Con Murphy's with advice regarding menu selections.

Ate here 3 or 4 times while in Philly. Excellent Shepherds Pie made with lamb. Their wine menu is a bit limited, no Reisling and no Moscato wines (I guess they aren't Irish drinks.) Also had their Chicken caesar salad. Really good. A nice place to eat, good food and fair prices.

For an Irish pub, the food was terrific. Our party was four people and we all enjoyed our meals. My only complaint was that the music was way to loud to hear dinner conversation.

Couldn’t have been happier! Brought my 88 year old Dad and he loved it. He usually says places are okay, but the Bangers and Mash followed by Banana Bread Pudding put his comments at “this place was great, the food was delicious 😁

This place was highly recommended but I thought it was just ok, frankly. The food was so-so and the service was also so-so. My waitress seemed mildly annoyed with me when I asked for water. The beet salad was bland. The fish tacos were pretty good. The beer selection was average but they did have some interesting cocktails. I would probably not go back.

Food was delicious. Servers were friendly and attentive. Loved the outdoor seating.

I only gave "service" a good rating because the food was very slow coming from the kitchen. The rating does not reflect on our waiter who was attentive. The menu choices for restaurant week were interesting, plentiful and very tasty.

Great location,service & food. Ordered chicken cheese steak, burger & shrimp wrap- all were awesome, chic cheese steak was the best!

My husband and I came out for my birthday to have a small celebration. However, we ordered an appetizer and 2 main courses, and only two bites into our appetizer. Our main course was already served which made us felt we were being rushed. We both had the fish and chips. The fish was very good. The chips were cold and soggy.
