L’architecture coloniale de la salle à manger du restaurant est à couper le souffle. Overpriced buffet. Serving breakfast food at 4:30pm. Limited dinner offerings. Added 20% tip to bill for a self serve buffet. Service fair. Will not go back. So disappointed for a Mother’s Day celebration.

Not worth going. Very disappointed! Limited choices, food just ok. We went on Mothers Day and they only offered the buffet, which is ok. Dessert table is was little tiny desserts. Salad selections limit and nothing to wow about of selections of food. We won’t be back!

Been coming to cock n bull for almost every event they host from Thanksgiving to easter and mothers day and the food is just hands down amazing the staff is so nice and welcoming to from the host to the waitress every one is just so nice and attentive I love coming here during the holidays and on a regular when I come to visit the village

For the first time our family of 8 went to the Mother's Day Brunch, it was outstanding. From the youngest to the oldest everyone had something they loved to eat and plenty of it!! Seafood, omelets made to order, eggs benedict, roast beef, ham, pasta, vegetables, fruit, salads and desserts. The service and staff were excellent. There were beautiful live flowers on all tables. Although it was a rainy, cold day, the Cock and Bull felt festive and bright. It was pricey but we knew that ahead of time and it was on our bucket list for a long time.

Having been to the Cock and Bull many times over the years it seem to be in a state of decline especially the value for the money. This was a Mother’s Day brunch for my wife. Coffee tasted old and was Luke warm. At the egg station, my wife was satisfied with her veggie omelet. I asked for a veg egg white omelette, No egg whites were available. When the check came, we were a little surprised at the total price including meal, tax, tip and a service fee of about $5. total of $170 plus for 2 people. What’s a service fee? It will be a while before we’re back for anything at this place.

We had dinner at the Cock n Bull restaurant the evening before Mother's Day. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. Perfect Mother's Day meal.

I love the food and dining room. It was just difficult to fully enjoy my Mother’s Day dinner under an air conditioner vent while I was recovering from a sinus infection. We were told there was nothing they could do.

They nicely tied in the Strawberry Festival that was celebrated throughout the village with strawberry themed drink, appetizer and salad offerings. Their signature offerings are also very good and reasonably priced.

We haven’t been to the Cock n Bull for awhile. This return visit did not disappoint. The menu has been updated to include some options of current trendy dining. We began with a generous charcuterie board and a warm ricotta cheese dip that was topped with fresh strawberries and a balsamic reduction. The beef burgundy was juiced, tender and tangy, and the filet mignon was cooked to perfection. Pappardelle pasta with vegetables and sausage was creamy and flavorful but not heavy. We finished the meal with the Amish apple cake and blueberry/mango rice pudding. The service was attentive and pleasant. Since it was Mother’s Day weekend the atmosphere was a little noisier than usual, but all in all a nice dining experience. Definitely will be back!

I was disappointed because I sent a message before our reservation to say that I wanted maybe something for my sons college graduation to be included on the table and I got a message back from Cell asking for the college colors. When I got there, there was nothing.

Great server and service. Overall the restaurant was understaffed and not ready to handle the number of patrons. Bar tender was friendly but in the weeds.

The food was not as good as I remember it being 15 years ago. I haven’t been there in a very long time and it was excited to bring my family. No one‘s meals were that good. They weren’t disgusting. They just were very bland.

We waited 20 minutes for the server to come over to us. The bread we got before our dinner was stale. When we asked the server questions about the food she was unable to answer them. We were told the seasonal Sangria was a red wine and it came out white with ice cubes. We asked about the carrot cake and it came out nothing like describe.

This used to be one of our favorites. No more. There were only 4 occupied tables( it was early for dinner) yet the service was very slow. I didn’t like my side and server offered to exchange it. Unfortunately by the time she brought the new side out I had long finished my meal. The food was good. It also took 30 minutes to get our check. We had 2 gift cards but when asked the value on each card we were told that we needed to know how much on each card. We were then told to call the number on the back of the card to get the balance. Not a great customer service experience.

The food was luke warm. There were items already sold out by 3pm. (Bagels, desserts like strawberry panacotta). Some items looked unappetizing. Not worth the over price of $400 for 6 people.

Sunday Brunch was a joke. The food was a Luke-warm buffet of mediocre leftovers from last week. It was a strange combo of breakfast and dinner. Let’s call it Brinner. Someone who just doesn’t care about food curated this collection of items. There was a strange chicken dish with lots of white sauce along with biscuits and gravy and bacon. Rubbery horrible bacon. There was an inedible eggs Benedict and a bland carved ham. All of this for a mere $55 each. $11 more if you wanted a super watery Bloody Mary made 10 hours earlier. Terrible. It’s a shame - this place was good back in the day.

We've been to Cock n' Bull a few times. They do a great job. Management is very attentive along with the servers. The food variety is very good and kept hot and fresh. Our son enjoyed seeing the Easter bunny walking throughout the restaurant.

The food was cold. French toast was still frozen. Every hot food at the buffet was cold. Not what it used to be for sure.

Most food was good. Omelets were very good. The French Toast went from the refrigerator to the serving table. In other words it was cold. I understand there was a 20% fee for tipping etc. I can certainly agree with that, but why was there an administrative fee of 4.39 added to the bill? Then also ask for an additional tip and then extra paying by credit charge. If anything you would think this would be included in the administration fee. Cock and Bull never used to be such a penny pincher retaurant.

Food was great, promptly served. Service was excellent. Room got pretty noisy as more people arrived to dine. Way too many babies started yelling and crying, lasting most of the duration of our meal. That was very frustrating for us to have uninterrupted conversation. The parents paid little attention to their screaming babies and how they were disturbing the other guests. Manners of our younger generations are long out the window.

My $65 steak was raw. Inedible. I took it home and cooked it properly. I ordered a cosmo and specifically said not sweet. It was so sweet I couldn't drink it. I have never had anything other than a great meal here. Not this time. A very big disappointment. Especially for the money.

Our server was excellent and we received prompt service. The food was very good and appropriately priced. It’s time to embrace change. I took a friend there who has celebrated her birthday at the cock ‘n Bull for many years. We enjoyed our lunch but it was not the same vibe we were used to. that said, We are now open to dining in different restaurants that peddlers village has to offer.

Food quality was only fair and value poor. Appetizer was good and so was the bottle of wine but that was it.

We came for lunch on a quiet day. Our server was attentive and ambiance was relaxing. Problem was with the food. The others in my party ordered salads which were ok. The problem was my sliced pork sandwich which was terrible. The roll was stale and the pork was very tough, almost inedible and very dry. Doubtful we will be back.
