Our server Olivia was attentive and professional, the food kept coming served hot! Spoke with the manager and she explained the advertisement for All You Can Eat Snow Crabs/Wings/Crabfries was per person & no sharing, except your ad did not in writing specify per person or no sharing. None the less we enjoyed BYOGOF on Crabs. Love my Chickies & Petes!

We requested a semi private area. We were seated in a booth which was fine. Our server was Lisa. She was very pleasant and checked on us several times during our meal. Food was excellent and we will definitely return.

Before we even had a chance to review menu, waitress asking what we wanted. Finally ordered not all the food came out at the same time. We were missing a sandwich and could not find the waitress. When she came back again we asked for the sandwich which they had left in the kitchen. Horrible first impression.

This was a fantastic experience so much food! It was definitely worth the price!!! Not a bad view of the Super Bowl in the house…..Great way to watch the Super Bowl and celebrate my husband’s birthday he had a great time! Next time he wants dessert😩maybe it will become a tradition.🙌🏾Thanks Chickie and Pete’s of Drexel Hill💕

Each time we go here the food and service are worse. We won't be back. Can't get a server to come back to the table. Food is mediocre at best.

I paid 37.00 for 8 crab legs and nothing else. It was such a rip off I would never go back there. The server never checked on us and we had to ask another server for our check.

When we were seated at our booth, the floor under the table was visibly dirty with crumbled napkins and pieces of food. The waitress was very friendly and attentive but, everything else about our experience was horrible. The crab fries came out cold. I orders the seasonal lobster tacos and the tortilla was not cooked. They literally just took the tortilla out the pack and did not warm it at all. So I had a cold tortilla with overcooked lobster in it. Overall just as bad experience.

For a Tuesday afternoon the place was well staffed. All the food was great! We ordered the fried Mac and Cheese with crabmeat… yum! I don’t normally like things like this but it was fresh and well prepare, not greasy. The crabfries with seafood and cheese sauce, well balanced and flavorful. The seafood boil in white sauce was good yet a bit bland, next time we’re going to try the red sauce. Overall this place is clean, quick service, well staffed and reasonably priced.

Service was terrible. Not crowded at all yet took forever for the food to come out and all of our food did not come out at the same time. Staggered is fine, which we are used to, but it was 25 minutes in between my daughters and husbands meal and mine to come out. It was horrible. Then when my salad came out, it was incorrect.

The food was acceptable. The drinks were adequate. I arrived before my companions arrived. The hostess too me to my table and I ordered a drink and an appetizer. A man came near to the table and ate food from diners that had recently left. This was disturbing to say the least. Everything else was fine.

Waited almost the entire meal for a draft beer. Waitress was rude and unattentive. Not sure if we will return to this establishment. Was there a few times previously and service has declined drastically since then.

My food was good, but my daughter’s crab legs were not worth the effort it took to crack them. We didn’t expect fresh, but the fact that you could bend a leg in half without it cracking really demonstrated that they were not worth it given the cost. We ended up ordering more food because she was still hungry after finishing her order. It wasn’t all bad. The fries were as good as advertised and my wife’s sandwich and mine were both good.

We come here a lot but unfortunately this time the service was sadly very poor and had items we wanted like drinks not available which we found unthinkable especially when they were on the menu and opted for 3 different choices when told they didn’t have it and each time they said they were out the replacement wine choices 3 times very poor service very poor management.
