As always, food is great. Too noisy for our group, but a national basketball game was on. To be expected

So we came to dine at Chickie’s and Pete’s in Audobon. Immediately upon seating we waited for our server to greet us which took a little longer than necessary. Once the server had arrived no proper greeting was mentioned. At that point we were ready to discontinue dining at this establishment. The server mentioned was a trainee without their trainer and she seemed in need of said trainer as she did not mention any specials nor a guide for the menu to encourage us to order specific items. The final straw was when I ordered a stateside strawberry lemonade cocktail. When it arrived and I took a sip I was very disappointed. From that moment on myself and my companion opted to leave which we brought to the attention of the Manager who said his name was Johnny, he did handle the situation very professionally and offered us a new server as well as a new beverage which we politely declined. All in all management gets 5 stars but unfortunately the service made us want to no longer stay and dine there.

Greeted by the friendly host and received excellent service from our server. Cheesesteak,crabbie fries & tried their Milanese (chicken). All were very tasty. Food arrived quickly & enjoyed our meal. Purchased a good looking Phillies baby blue Chickie & Pete's t-shirt for my son to wear at ASU. 😎

We had a work gathering to hang out and welcome a new team member. We bought every variety of fries. Every version was excellent. We were there before the happy hour rush and accompanying noise, so it was quiet. Our servers were great and kept coming by for drink check-ups and to take an occasional order for more fries :-)

The thing that made this trip great was the service. It was extremely busy when we arrived and sure it took a little longer than normal for our waiter to arrive, but he was great. Despite being extremely busy he was so nice and my kids thought he was funny too. And as always the food was great. My husband said the crab legs were very good as was my lobster roll. We split the ricotta donuts for dessert and they were amazing.
