Food- never fails. Crab cakes were delicious! Place was packed! Our server (Nora) deserves an award for keeping her cool and making our dining experience pleasant. Thanks… we’ll be back🙌🏼

Went with an older group to celebrate Mothers Day lunch. I think this restaurant is best enjoyed at dinner perhaps. All menu offerings were dated, heavy and expensive. Place was loud making it difficult for some in the party to hear. Meal portions were absurdly large and service felt rushed. Ambience also very dated. It wasn’t terrible but nothing on the menu was that appealing as a lunch time meal and no one really enjoyed the experience. Family members have been under other circumstances and did enjoy it. Maybe just do a standard dinner and not a holiday lunch. My error for believing there might be a light lunch menu or Mother’s Day brunch specials.

Early bird specials can’t be beaten! Great food and service. We really like Jody but frankly all the servers are nice, friendly and efficient

The food was just OK - nothing special. Our server was excellent. But it was SOOOO noisy. Plus the piano player added to the noise level. Overall it felt like a throwback to the 70's.

This was my 3rd visit to Charlotte's in a month, and it's become my new favorite restaurant. I was there this time on Saturday May 4, 2024 with my Mom who had had also been here once before. Our server was Nora who was my server the first time I came, and my mom's server the first time she came. Nora is the BEST EVER We started with appetizers of my mom had the calamari, and I had the shrimp Lejon. For our entree my mom had the fried shrimp with asparagus, and mashed potatoes. I had what I have gotten each time I've been here which is the Charlotte crabcakes with mashed potatoes, and rice pilaf. Everything was cooked to perfection, and my mom got the key lime pie to go.

This was my 2nd time here in less than a month, and everything was fantastic. I came with a friend who had never been there before and enjoyed everything like I did. We both ordered the Charlotte crabcakes for our entree with mashed potatoes, and rice pilaf for me, and a salad and mashed potatoes with the other entree. Both entrees were cooked to perfections, and nice portion sizes

Food & service were excellent. However, I made the reservation on open table & even confirmed it by phone, when 2 of my friends arrived they said they didn't have a reservation & one of the ladies stood and waited while the hostess was on the phone making reservations.

Oh my - words fail me I think the piano and the player that first greets you when entering should set your expectations appropriately low. The piano was ready for the wood pile 20 years ago and the player / well I’ll be nice - but he hasn’t seen a metronome since before I was born in 1963. Our waiter called our food vittles - yep, vittles. He threw cups, food on our table like a circus clown and his behavior the entire meal was no less bizarre The wait-person serving the table next to us called the 70 plus year old customer gurrrllll! And our waiter described the preparation of the fish as “throw it in the oven!” The dining room reminded me of what I expect to find at the retirement home / both the customers and staff - old and slow. The food portions were huge - each plate could have fed 3 people - but the food was barely edible. As our waiter was packing our to go boxes - he called my baked potato a taaaterrrr This just isn’t a fine dining restaurant.
