We went because the hamburgers re usually great and cooked to perfection. Last night all f them were overcooked and hence tasteless. The milkshake was shameful. Ice crystals - boo hiss

We had a delicious meal at Caleb’s last night. You can always count on Caleb’s to provide good, friendly service, large portions sizes and a unique, changing menu to suit all types of palates. Chef Caleb is so creative while making amazing dishes that are so appealing. I had the salmon and my husband had the meatloaf. The soup and raw tuna appetizers were great as well. There was nothing left on either of our plates. We’ve been going to this restaurant since it opened and it’s my favorite place in all of New Hope and Lahaska.

Was in the Peddler’s Village area for the day and this was a nice find. Food was great - seasonably fresh. Our server, Jack, was friendly and attentive but not overbearing. Our first time but definitely not our last!

Food was great but it took over an hour to receive it at 1:30pm (showing up around 2:30pm when they were closing), had to ask 3 times for one persons drink that never showed. Good but man, the waitress was just completely checked out. I never post but you should be aware of this if you have kids, it’ll be a LONG wait for fried chicken fingers and fries.
