My husband and I had a great meal at Blue last evening. We don’t usually go out to eat on Mother’s Day since it can be too busy and the service can degrade. However the service was excellent, as was the meal.

My wife is in a wheelchair . They put us at a close convenient table. We were not rushed out even though it was Mother's Day weekend. Food was excellent. Portions were large.

Great experience. Our server was polite and check in quite regularly. Refreshed our drinks, and they also offered a lovely complimentary birthday treat.

I took my girlfriend for a birthday lunch for her on the patio. The food was amazing -- Lobster bisque was out of this world, as was the Ceasar salad with grilled chicken. The server was professional and well-above average. To honor her birthday, my friend was given a choice of a complimentary dessert to chose from, which was both amazingly delicious and such an incredibly generous gesture above and beyond any other restaurant I could have taken her to for lunch anywhere in the Lehigh Valley. I am so glad I treated her to her first visit at Blue Grillhouse. She said she is eager to return!

We ate on Saturday May 4th and had excellent service, and food. We returned on the 7th to celebrate a birthday and the service was poor. Waited over an hour for our dinner. The fish overcooked, the steak MR was more rare. We also had a salad that was ok.

Great ambiance, cocktails, and meal. We had the filet and ribeye and both cooked and seasoned prefect. Scallop appetizer was best ever had. They provided a complimentary dessert being our anniversary that was a surprise and appreciated. Staff was friendly and very attentive.

Brunch for 4…We had the homemade donuts…strawberry. They were seriously amazing. The chicken fried steak Benedict and s’mores French toast were perfectly delicious and so was the French dip! Thank you!!

It was an off Saturday night for the chef. We sent one filet back twice. We ordered medium and received rare, purple, and cold in the middle. It was redelivered rare. We refused the third attempt. The table next to us sent back two plates and the one behind us sent back one. They comped the steak, but my wife went without it. Service was excellent.

We were looking forward to the atmosphere of Blue to celebrate our anniversary. We were seated next to the service counter. Then, were treated to constant screaming from a toddler through most of the meal. Once they left, it was great. One of the reasons we went to Blue was that every year we go for our anniversary and are comped the ice cream cake for dessert. This year, in spite of our having noted it on the reservation, it was ignored. We were a little disappointed. Next year, we will probably go elsewhere.

Blue Grillhouse is a great place to meet with family, friends, etc. They have a great menu for all taste. The staff are all friendly, and helpful. If you like dinning outdoors they have that available dependent on weather. Blue has a nice event center for Weddings, Graduations, Proms, etc.

The menu offers lots of good choices. My friends and I enjoy ordering appetizers and sharing, which we did. YUM!! Because we have found the perfect spot for lunch, we celebrate our birthdays at Blue 4 times a year!

Overpriced! $210 (4 people) for 2 entrees, 2 steaks and 2 side dishes. No apps, dessert or drinks just water. We have wanted to visit this place for a while and finally did for a birthday dinner. The place was nice, service was good and the food tasted good. However, we have had better steak meals at half the price or at least the same price with sides included. The steak was standalone, you needed to order sides. Sides were large and could be shared with the table. The steak was no better or worse than at other places. I don't remember reading anything about grass fed or pasture raised to cause an increase in pricing. For a Tuesday night the place was very busy at 5:30 pm, although we were spread out and didn't feel crowded. On the weekend, I am sure all the tables were filled. We won't go back because we get can the same steak meal with sides and a drink and dessert for cheaper.

This was our first time at the restaurant and we went for Sunday brunch around 1045am. We ordered the shrimp cocktail, steak fries, 3egg breakfast and stuffed French toast. The eggs were extremely greasy - we ordered over medium but the amount of grease made it inedible. Stuffed French toast - not stuffed but layered and syrup already on French toast and no other syrup provided. Steak - ordered medium well and it looks like it was cooked the day before and heated before serving. Overall, decor was nice, lots of events happening and got very loud at times. Will not be going back or recommend. *Our tried his best but also had very little to offer.

There were 2 minor hiccups in our visit which the manager went above and beyond for. We dine here regularly(he would not know this, I think) and will continue to do so. The instances were an anomaly, however the manager INSISTED we accept his restitution. The service was definitely sincere and appreciated. Our waiter Keith was excellent as well.

I hadn't been here for a while, and forgot how good it was! The food is outstanding. The Chilean Sea Bass was delicious, my wife had the salmon which was also excellent, and our friend had a steak which was also very good. Portions are quite large! My wife ordered a salad to start, and it was more than enough to share -- actually would have been enough for 3 or 4 people as a starter. Service was good, frequent enough without being intrusive. We sat in a very quiet room at the front of the restaurant, with nice big windows (the rest of the restaurant is pretty dark, but I guess that's appropriate for a steakhouse). Overall, we really enjoyed our meal and will be returning soon.

The food was amazing as well as the portions. Our server was Anna who did an excellent job waiting on us, she was extremely attentive and helpful. The restaurant is trendy and beautiful. I definitely recommend this restaurant.
