We dined here this evening with our 9 month old daughter. Our server was so kind and went out of his way to make sure that we and our daughter had a great experience. It’s not always easy bringing a baby out to a nice dinner, but places like this make it so much more enjoyable! Food was excellent, too. We are excited to dig into our desserts later tonight!

Michael gave us excellent servuce at the bar as we enjoyed a lovely glass of champagne with our fois gras and escargot. Followed by cheese and charcuturie platter with delicious red blend. Finished with creme brule. Fantastic.

Great place for a leisurely dinner with a relaxed ambience. Staff well trained, excellent food made from scratch, known for high quality French patisserie. Very difficult to choose a dessert. Excellent wine and bar selections. Portion sizes may be considered small, but the result is that you can eat a three-course meal and feel very comfortable at the end. Good place for adults and special occasions.

It was our first time at the bistro. Bartender was excellent, and the food was top-notch. Would definitely go back again and hope to soon.

My wife is in a wheelchair which I said when I made the reservartion. They had our convenient table ready with a chair removed so she could just be pushed into position. Nice touch.

We had the steak frites, which was outstanding, mussels is white wine sauce, very good and the hamburger was excellent. Very impressed.

Always the best choice in all of Lancaster; the steak special was amazing. Only a truly French restaurant can make a sauce a delicious as Barberet.
