It was freezing cold. I ask to have the air turned down I was told that wasn’t possible. The wait time to be seated was long and the wait time for food to start being cooked was long as they only had one chef. The chef was very friendly and food was great and the waitress was really nice. I was celebrating my birthday didn’t get to finish my food cause it was just too cold to enjoy. But I ate it all once I got home and comfortable.

Did not have an authentic hibachi feel. Service was very slow.

Restaurant did not honor reservation times because they said they were too busy and tables sat 2 hours prior simply weren’t getting up and leaving therefore they could not accommodate our reservation. We were sat after much difficulty and discussion 60 min past our 7pm confirmed reservation. Managers and hosts were ill equipped to manage reservations plus walk in guests, they lied to us about how soon our table would be ready. Many other reservations walked out rather than continuing to wait. My husband insisted on a discount which they did honor which was nice but also the least they could do. Overall extremely poor general management. Our table’s server and hibachi chef were excellent.

I had a good Mother’s Day dinner here with my boyfriend. They food was good but it was very busy. We got there at 9:17 because our reservation was for 9:30pm but we didn’t get to eat until about 11:30pm. It was a nice experience but it took a long time. But I will try to go again. Thanks

Me & my husband dined here for Mother’s Day, service was horrible we had an 8:30 reservation & had to wait 30 mins to be seated. Everyone at our grill waited almost 2 hours before we even got our salads & that was because we stopped the manager and informed him we’ve been sitting almost two hrs and no soup or salad, so he went n got our salads and forks, but we still had to wait for soup. The waitress took everyone’s drink order n food order but ppl at our table still waited like an hour just for drinks. Me n my husband went to the bar & got our own drinks and appetizers.. Once the chef came out the food was good, that was literally the only good part of are experience after being there 3 hours.

Very, very, very slow here. Dinner took almost 3 hours. Lots of waiting. Restaurant not sufficiently staffed. Very expensive, especially when you consider the service issues.

Great Mother’s Day meal today. Food was delicious as always. Appreciated attention from Manager Robert, friendly and helpful greeting from hostess Rhonda, great service from Andrew and his team, and awesome meal from Chef Marquis. I came on time. They cancelled my appointment and made it for later then allowed people who came after us go before us. The cook was unenthused and the host seemed confused and incoherent. We said we had a birthday they sung at other tables but not at ours.
