It took 20 minutes to be seated, but our waitress was wonderful. My first drink was awful so I sent it back and traded it for a coconut mojito which was fantastic. and she was back in 5 minutes, didn't make me wait forever for the replacement drink even though she was swamped. Food was great. Very loud in there with every seat in the house filled. So crowded so you know people love the place.

Took my mom here for Mother’s Day. it was a pleasant experience. The food was very good and due to my reservation that I made on this app getting inside and seated quickly was amazing.

Loved the new Caribbean snapper meal. Wife loved new Cloud Nine cocktail and coconut shrimp tacos! Got the key lime pie to go- delish!

Overall it was ok, average at best. The food was good, the service was average though the wait staffer didn’t seem to manage his time well as he left us looking for him a few times. Our table was sticky but the restaurant and outside areas were clean.

Came here on Saturday night with one of my kids before going to the mall. Seated when we arrived and server was good with their service. Took a bit to get food but there was a large group near us and place was pretty busy. No issues with food. Would come back again.

Unfortunately, our server did a VERY poor job. We didn’t see him for at least 10 minutes after we first sat down, we never received the appetizer we ordered and he didn’t give us water until well after our entrees arrived. The appetizer was still on the bill when we went to pay even though we never received it. He didn’t ask what sides we wanted with our entrees, he just gave us each french fries. Another member of the staff walked by our table well after our orders were taken and gave us silverware.

EDIT: We returned tonight with an 8pm reservation only to find they overbooked a party in a dining room. The host was desperately trying to pigeonhole my group of six (including two toddlers) into a massive group of overserved adults. After the host failed at this, we were told to go back to the front of house and wait until the party left. We immediately made another reservation at a better run restaurant. We will not be returning. Fool me twice…

I was very pleased with my experience. We had a large party of 16 people. We were celebrating my Mother’s 68th birthday and could not find a restaurant to accommodate the party size. I gave a call to Bahama Breeze and spoke with the manager Matt and he was able to get us situated. We were seated by the outdoor section with the fire pit. It was perfect. It almost felt like we had our own section in the restaurant. The staff was great. Our server Alexandria was amazing. My mother was happy and so was the rest of our party. Thank you to the team. We appreciate you!

Had a 4pm reservation for 2, my niece turned 10 and chose the Breeze for dinner.. we we seated right away, ordered our apps and main course. Service was great, and the food was good.

It’s been a minute since we’ve gone to Bahama Breeze. It’s my Dad’s favorite place and we went a bunch when I was growing up, but it’s fallen out of favor after a few issues of missed reservations and poor food and service. We decided, almost as a joke, to bring my parents and now my wife and kids to BB for a dinner and give it another shot. We will be coming back. We made a reservation via OpenTable and we had a tables set and ready to go for us. The food was delicious and inventive. I had the jerk shrimp pineapple bowl and it was awesome. My wife had the snapper, Mom the salmon, Dad his favorite coconut shrimp and steak. All raved not just about how tasty it was, but how well it was cooked. I guess grilling fish all day will make you an expert. I had the Coconut Mojito. Absolutely delicious. Everyone raved about their drinks, but I will say that many of our drinks spilled after moving some of the accoutrements that they were served with. I think larger glassware is necessary and would be appreciated. When our host sat us, he told us “Damaryis is your server. She’s good. You’ll like her.” Damn if he wasn’t telling the truth. She had the place on LOCK and she was delightful to boot. She really made the difference between a normal night out and a fun and enjoyable experience. So credit where it’s due. Bahama Breeze has it’s act together and is in much better shape than it was during the Obama administration. Great job to the company, the GMs, and everyone putting in the work to make this chain feel like part of the community.

We were seated quickly and it was a fun atmosphere. They were clearly understaffed with only one server for the whole gazebo section of the restaurant. The server took our drink order quickly but it took 30+ minutes until we saw him again and we got our drinks. Took another 20 minutes to get a glass of water, and 20 minutes on top of that to get food. Drinks were mostly ice and very watered down. The food was fine, but chicken wasn’t hot and everything was totally over-sauced. This used to be a favorite restaurant but I doubt we will be back.

Love the way the restaurant is setup and the atmosphere. Hostess and waitstaff were all pleasant. Food is good and consistent with prior visits. It wasn’t crowded but for some reason the bar didn’t have coconut so a lot of their cocktails were unavailable.

Understaffed on the night we went. Took a while to get the food order in. The food then came all at once rather than staggered aps and entrees. Food was good and I would go back!

We come here twice a month with my brother and his wife. We love the Jamaican jerk chicken wings it’s awesome. Service is always amazing and the food are awesome.

This was my first time going to Bahama Breeze in King of Prussia. I only went to the restaurants in Florida. We arrived a half hour before our appointment but we were seated right away. Our waitress was pleasant and helpful. Our food and drinks came out quickly and was really good. Large portions! Definitely will be visiting the KOP location again!
