I normally enjoy going here and have spent thousands of dollars whenever I bring a large group of my friends over the years. However today my experience was less than stellar. At the birthday lunch for my friend while waiting for our dessert I pulled out my MacBook to show my tech startup idea... only to be rudely interrupted by one of the staff members who told us no laptop is allowed. l've never ever encountered this in any restaurant let alone during lunchtime. I can understand if this was an intimate dinner setting at night. But I wasn't aware of any policy against this. They just lost me as a customer.

Excellent food and service. Wife and I did the tasting menu and we were surprised how much we enjoyed the chef selections.

Great time as ever but incredibly loud people on adjacent table took the edge off it. Staff never prepared to ask other diners to keep their voices down!!
