2 Friends at brunch on Sunday and sat on the patio with reservations. Excellent server; helpful, attentive and not intrusive. Had heavos rancheros. Red sauce a bit too much and tomato-y but good. Partner had gavel and lox. Drinks. Lovely atmosphere.

The Mother's Day buffet was very good. I hope Shade has more buffet events. Selection of food was great, service was very good, atmosphere with music and flowers and champagne for the Moms was fantastic!

Everything at the Zinc Shade is outstanding. However, for the Mother's Day buffet, $95 is a bit high. Would recommend having it at $75/person. That's the only complaint.

They have updated the menu, and so I tried the Peruvian Soup. OUTSTANDING! Lovely light chicken rice vegetable soup, with a brilliant shot of cilantro coloring the whole thing green. I'll definitely order that again. Delish!

Great food, great drinks, great vibes. We sat outside on the patio with the firepit for brunch and our server was SO GREAT! Only note would me more salt on the fries but literally it’s something you can fix yourself so I’ll def be back

We went due the bottomless mimosas and it did not disappoint. Also had the cheese and charcuterie board, calamari, crispy rice with tuna and the avocado toast. All great and would come back again.

We had reserved an outside table but decided to drive indoors because it was chilly. Were had a party of 5 and were surprised to find there were no tables at all for more than 4. We had to add a chair to a 4 or split up. The food is fine, but the portions were incredibly small. We all ordered the soup and sandwich lunch combo. At order restaurants you receive a healthy size sandwich, but these cut into quarters and were more like tea sandwiches or something off an hors d’oeuvres tray. That being said, nice service and the food was nicely prepared.

We came here on Valentine’s Day to celebrate and ordered the pork chop which was deliciously flavorful and seasoned well. My partner loved the lobster risotto although we wish the portioning on the risotto was a bit more and less asparagus puree. The peach cobbler was a perfect finisher! The manager was very attentive and so was a runner which immediately brought me a new utensil once my entree arrived. Would highly recommend the chicken empanadas and our server made a suggestion for the crispy rice which was delicious and comes in generous portions of 4.
