Only disappointment was the menu was changed from what was listed on the open table app. We all were planning on lobster but it was not on the changed menu.

My wife enjoyed the seafood special The salmon on the menu was not as good. The Poblano Purée was kind of spicy to go with salmon and the plantain thing was dry and not very tasty. Our server Chris was excellent as always. I wish there was more than one seafood dish on the menu.

We have enjoyed the Woodlands Restaurant & Lounge in the past and hope this one evening was just a one off. Last time the prime rib was outstanding, as was the rest of our choices. This evening the beef was extremely over-cooked. Luckily our waitstaff informed us and we made alternate choices. The bison tartarre appetizer was enjoyed as was the creme brulee. Staff was extremely polite, helpful and made the evening more enjoyable (thank you Sue, Jack and Andrea). I write this review not to criticize but to encourage ER to watch that oven temp in the future - the prime rib is usually excellent!! We'll be back.

Food was very good - our party had the prime rib and the short ribs w gnocchi. All excellent. The homemade salad dressing was appreciated. But the homemade banana nilla cheesecake was incredible! So happy to see made from scratch menu items. Our server, Sue, was attentive but not intrusive. Bar staff was great too

We came for a quiet overnight stay as we love Galena! First time at Eagleridge resort & Spa, Woodlands restaurant & it was a perfect meal, service & staff was great! Will definitely be back!

We recently enjoyed the breakfast buffet at the Woodlands, so today we decided to try the Sunday brunch to celebrate the holidays with our family. We thoroughly enjoyed the food and the overall dining experience! There are so many items to choose from! We loved the made-to-order omelets and fresh fruit. My wife had the hand carved turkey with mashed potatoes, gravy, and cranberry sauce; she went back for more! The turkey was moist, and the mashed potatoes had lots of butter. Both of us tried the creamy salmon & pasta which was wonderful! The service is always great, and we were seated by the windows overlooking the lake. We’ll certainly be back again soon!

Not an exceptional brunch, but very present food, with great views, friendly service, and an enjoyable overall experience. The buffet had the breakfast basics, and the omelet chef was great.

Food was excellent but menu was very limited compared to what was posted on open table. One waitress appeared to be covering all of the tables with minimal backup from the manager. Overall it was very good!!

Excellent experience start to finish. Featured soup was cream of mushroom and was delicious. I had filet mignon and husband had steak frites. Both of our meals were outstanding. We each had a slice of cheesecake for dessert mine was plain with strawberry drizzle, husband's was salted caramel...both were very good. Delaney our waitress was beyond fantastic!

We were there for our anniversary. The wait staff was very considerate. They seemed to have told their entire staff that it was our anniversary. Everyone wished us well. The food was very good. We had one issue and it was resolved quickly

First problem was being ignored upon arrival. One waitress spoke with another guest, one disappeared to get a take-out pizza, and the third seemed to be doing accounts. None of this would have been insupportable if any of the three had bothered to acknowledge our presence. Next problem was wilted lettuce. I don't mean my salad wasn't crispy fresh, I mean it was withered and all shriveled up! When I sent it back, which is something I never do, waitress didn't even bother to apologize. Entrees were OK but greatly over-priced. You'd do better eating at one of the much better restaurants in town.

This was our first visit, but it won't be our last. The food and service was excellent, plus it happened to be all-you-can-eat pasta night. Each order is individually prepared right in front you. The butternut squash ravioli was amazing.

Our dinner was incredible! The host, Jack, recognized us right away due to the reservation I made on Open Table. The food was great! We ordered the steak which was incredible, the chicken Dijonnaise salad, and two kids meals that even the adults ended up picking at, too! We loved our experience so much, we are getting carryout from the restaurant here again tonight and canceling our other reservations downtown.

This was our first time visiting the Galena area and Eagle Ridge Resort. Our first meal was at the Woodlands and the quality of the food and wine was superb! Service was excellent especially Jack who made sure our experience was top notch (suggesting alternative wines when the one we wanted was out of stock, stopping by our table to ensure we had everything we needed). Thank you for a great evening!

Restaurant is overall nice in the servers were good. Initially, we had a problem at check-in, because the host was hard of hearing or just plain stupid! The food is what you would expect at a Restaurant of this level. Our server was good and check back frequently. Overall, I would recommend this if you are in the area however I would not make a special trip. Eagleridge is what it is and is over priced.

Service is always outstanding and friendly! Food and deserts are delicious. Had the all you can eat prime rib. Excellent but would've liked a couple of more veges to select from. Ambiance is nice and scenic.

Jack was amazing! He had great menu descriptions and recommendations! Pork was good but a little dry. My husband got their pasta bar and loved it!! He loved that he could choose his ingredients! Waitress seemed confused and slow. I think she was new. Just glad Jack checked on us!!
