The service itself was quite the unexpected. While the food quality was to my liking, the service I received was beyond disappointing. They seemed to lack in professionality when serving the plates; tossing them onto the table as if they did not want to do so. While refilling my beverage they spilled some onto my plate and did not even take action while noticing it. Finally, they would pass utensils and napkins over my head which was unacceptable. The quality of service was worse than what I would expect from a fast food restaurant. While it didn't appear to me a form of racism, it did seem like most of them were on purpose due to me not appearing to mention any complains in person.

I recently visited this location and had a mixed experience. The food was quite good, with a variety of delicious options that were well-prepared. The service was outstanding; the staff were attentive and friendly. However, the noise level was excessively high, making it difficult to have a conversation. Even a bar would have been quieter. While the food and service were commendable, the loud environment detracted from the overall dining experience.

The steak and potatoes are fantastically delicious, but the ambiance is heavy on testosterone. Terrible date place, good for a bro dinner. My dinner companions and I were very out of place WOC. But the steak….🤤

We thought Wolfgang would improve on the food at Peter Luger’s. Not by a mile. The 2 ribeyes we ordered arrived not sizzling at all on the table, and seemed to have been fired quite a while ago. And the meat was a bit tough and under-seasoned. We were wishing at this point to have schlepped all the way to Brooklyn instead. The sides were adequate; the bread cold. The apple strudel looked tired and tasted a week old. We are NOT definitely coming back.
