We arrived in Highlands late on Sunday evening and thought this was a Wolfgang Puck restaurant due to the name. We were thrilled to find out that it wasn't! It was SO much better. We snagged a reservation on Open Table and walked there from the Old Edwards Inn and wound up ordering off the full menu but sat in the bar. Excellent food (try the portobella mushroom, ginger carrot soups and the fish)! Chocolate cake to end the evening. Extensive wine list. Post & Beam Cabernet sold by the glass and it's fabulous! Great service from the female bartender. Farm to table restaurant. Will be back soon!

We have been coming to Wolfgang’s for over 25 years. The food is always outstanding!! Chefs Chocolate Crème Brûlée is out of this world!! Never disappoints.

The service was excellent. The decor dated. The food just ok. The halibut was good but way too many sundried tomatoes on the pasta. The steak needed seasoning as it was very bland.

Note: we were seated in their back, downstairs dining room. Ambiance, noise level etc there was great. The walk to get back/down there was through a very different seating environment.

The location was easy to walk to on the Main Street and the staff was exceptional. We had our dog with us, and they setup a table outside, brought a bowl for our dog, and were simply as kind as could be. Will be back for sure!

one of our party ordered the Sirloin and commented that it might have been the best he's tasted. one of us had the Apricot Chicken that was tender and flavorful. another one of our party had a Wedge and Red Pepper bisque and also commented it was delicious. The service was outstanding. Would recommend to anyone.

We love Wolfgangs and our recent meal might have been the best we have had. My wife had the lamb and raved about it. I had the Halibut special and it was spot on. The frozen peanut butter pie is worth a trip back on its own. We will be back - soon and often. Jake was our waiter and was very professional.

Great, till the obnoxious couple sat down behind us. I knew from the moment they sat down they were going to be trouble. The poor waiter they complained about made me sad. Typical people with no experience but want to act like they did. I apologize for them. For us everything was great! Great service, great food, kind waiter, professional.

Amazing restaurant, service and food. Brian did a great job taking care of us. All our food was amazing. Had the Venison which was the best I have ever had. Definitely recommend this restaurant if you are in the Highlands/Cashiers area.

Overall experience was outstanding, this was our first visit to Wolfgang's. My wife's filet was one of the best quality steaks we have had in many months, and the price very reasonable (less than half the cost of a terrible Atlanta area Ruth's Chris filet we had recently). Everything we had was great, and our server (name I can't remember?) made the overall experience even better; he was the icing on the cake! We will definitely return on our next trip back to Highlands as this is now our go-to restaurant, replacing a well-known restaurant located across the street we had visited the night before.

Our server was great ended a fantastic job of helping us pick entrées, wines, etc. The ambience is a little strange, you passed through an older, rustic dining room through a courtyard into a renovated area in the back, which was nice, but didn’t match the overall look and feel of the restaurant. Our entrées were good. The apple strudel was a bit undercooked. I had the halibut special and my wife had the salmon. Both were good. We would return when in Highlands.

We enjoyed a Caprese salad, a shrimp appetizer, and the special which was halibut for dinner. The food was excellent. We were disappointed not to be seated in the main dining areas. Instead, we wound through the patio, and ended up in a room near the kitchen that felt like a banquet room. It’s just lacked ambiance. But the food was great. The music was very low, so it was easy to hear conversation.

We asked for a table in an area we had dined in before but were told there were no tables available. This was despite several tables available when we arrived and during a bathroom trip and still available when we left after an hour and a half dinner. The table we were given was in a back room and near a drafty window - terrible experience and a bad desk crew.
