The evening begins with Pulled Pork Nachos & Street Corn Fritters paired with Mexico Calling Lager, followed by Cocktail Shrimp Gazpacho paired with Vamos Vienna Lager, Short Rib Stuffed Poblano Pepper paired with Palm Shade Tropical Hazy IPA, and ends with Buñuelo Bowl paired with La Floridita Sparkling Rosé Ale. Josh Allard, Director of Sales, will join us to discuss the pairings. Dinner begins at 6:30pm, please arrive at least 15 min early to check in. The food was excellent! We requested to not be near the kitchen, & with a table of 8 we could talk without additional noise. The service was somewhat inconsistent.

Server difficult to understand and she messed up the drinks order badly enough that the bartender had to come to the table to fix it. All of us ordered the prime rib which were gristly and fatty. Very hard to cut even with the provided steak knives.

We had the crab cake appetizer and it was amazing. I ordered the Bourbon tenderloin tips and the cook noticed that I’m allergic to shrimp and the Worcestershire sauce had shellfish in it which I’m allergic to. Our waitress was amazing as well. Great job Wildfire!
