Wildfire has been a long time favorite restaurant of ours for family dinners and to celebrate special occasions along the way. Unfortunately I just think it has gotten worse over the years, particularly after the pandemic. The service is still really great and we still love the atmosphere a lot. There are some longtime servers that we really enjoy at Wildfire. It seems they’ve been there forever and they do a really good job. There are a lot of newer employees in the last few years I just don’t think are of the quality of what Wildfire used to hire. Most of the people we encounter at the host stand aren’t very welcoming and friendly like they used to be. The biggest disappointment has been what I feel like is a downturn in the quality of food. The filet trio was always among our favorites and it’s gotten worse lately and last night it was flat out awful. Between the four of us we had three orders of the trio. None of the orders were cooked as ordered and the steaks themselves were chewy and not appetizing. The sides were still delicious. We had broccoli, au gratin potatoes and cottage fries. They were all excellent. Of course the chopped salad was a 10 like always. But having lousy steaks at a steakhouse is a non-starter for us. It’s likely going to be a while before we come back to Wildfire.

Mother’s Day was extremely busy at Wildfire (full house) but the service was great, the food was excellent and the five of us had a wonderful time.

Service was very slow and inattentive. Many other tables also seemed frustrated with their service. I expect way better service for a $250 meal for four people. Food was decent, but nothing spectacular compared to the million other steakhouses in the Twin Cities (including the chain restaurants), and very pricey. We will NOT be returning.

Porterhouse, $59.95 and petite filet, $46.95 were poor quality. While the filet mignon was thin cut, about 1/2 usual thickness, the NY Strip side of the PH was complete gristle. Never again. Sorry Wildfire.

We had the halibut. Wildfire prepares their halibut better than any other restaurant we’ve had it at. The food was excellent. For dessert we had their banana pie. It was delicious! The service was also excellent.

Service was on point! Attentive, but let us have our space to catch up. I wish I could remember our waitresses name--she was GREAT! We both had the chopped salad and it never disappoints! Wildfire is quality food & service.

Steaks were essentially raw and we informed our server they were whisked away and then everything came out (sides, etc). By the time the steaks came out again (cooked this time) everything was cold. A special occasion was ruined. Won’t be returning.

4 of the 5 of us had Halibut and the other had crab cakes. Everything was delicious! I love halibut and I think they have the best of anywhere else I have had it. The service was excellent.

The ambiance and dining experience at Wild Fire is always a pleasant experience. The service and food never fail to be top notch, and our last experience was no different. We ordered the halibut and the bone in rib eye, and everything was absolutely perfect, as per our expectations. We're already looking forward to the next time we dine at the Wild Fire Grill in Eden Prairie.

Another great meal at Wildfire. The server was absolutely phenomenal. She had good knowledge of the menu and was very attentive but not too attentive. The food as always was great and the slice of cake with a candle for my wife's birthday was an added bonus

Arrived at opening, was seated right with other customers. It was pretty loud for only a few people, booth dividers would help. Ordered our food, bread came as a side appetizer. The bread would have been better warm, it was stone cold. After a bit they came back and said the prime rib wasn't ready to be served, it would be an extra 20 mins. 20 mins later they came back and said it was going to be another 20 mins. After close to an hour after arriving we got our order. Prime rib tasted ok but was on the cool side. I ordered medium, it was mostly medium well. Presentation was simple at best, just a slab of prime rib on a to small of plate. The mashed potato's was in its own small bowl. A larger plate with both the mash potato's and the rib together would have been better with a garnish for Presentation. In the end they did give us a free appetizer for the long wait, but that doesn't excuse the poor preparation of the prime rib when it's a staple item on their menu.

The food was amazing, delicious Halibut and Salmon. The lobster crab biscuit was phenomenal. Warm and cozy ambiance. We will definitely be returning.

Arriving at my reservation time, there was no wait to be seated. The waiter was helpful and knowledgeable, friendly & professional. The restaurant was busy, but the wait time on the food was not excessive. All of the food items we ordered were delicious, with very nice presentation, as always. The restaurant was clean & tidy, even though it was very busy. This is one of my very favorite find dining establishments.

I know it’s a chain, but very good. Took a client to lunch and it was great for a quiet discussion and good food. Cedar plank salmon was really good and my client really liked his beef sandwich.
