Came here for Mother’s Day and the place is in a great location and had a great ambiance. However, it took a full hour to get the food and the appetizer never showed up. It was surprising since it wasn’t really busy but they seemed really short staffed. I ordered the red flannel hash which was very obviously canned corn beef hash with an egg on top. For $28 this seemed excessive. My wife did seem happy with her lobster and eggs meal. Overall, don’t recommend unless you only care about location and interiors design.

Ordered two cocktails. One was on their menu. They were both wrong. I pointed out to the waiter on each occasion that this was not drinkable. I didn’t drink either of them and I ended up ordering a Diet Coke. When the bill came - they charged me for both drinks. No apology, no offer to get it correct - just a bill for both.

Stopped in for dinner last night and it was phenomenal. Dayton was excellent and his recommendations were great! We got the Pork Belly, Filet, Shrimp, Citrus Poundcake and Blueberry Zeppole. 10/10 would recommend and we will be coming back on our next trip to ATL!

Food portions are incredibly small for the price of the dish. $140 for three entrees and waters. We ordered drinks and they never came the entire length of our dinner. The waiter tried very hard despite the staff not helping on the back end. We will not be returning.

Food was tasty but extremely small plates. Limited wine menu and bourbon was overpriced. Also restaurant didn’t have the seafood option. Cool place to visit but didn’t wow me.

Karen provided friendly and excellent service. She knew the menu what and provided excellent suggestions. Everything was delicious. We really enjoyed the shrimp and grits together with the wilted greens side dish.

Business dinner with our prospects this evening, the restaurant was recommended to me by a local. Our guests loved the craft cocktails! Very creative menu, delicious food, especially outstanding service. Given they had a large private party in the adjacent room to serve, as well, I'd say the staff and kitchen and bar did an outstanding job of serving us well!

Surprisingly delicious with great service! My craft cocktail was a bit weak. But the food was outstanding and our server was very friendly and helpful. Such a strange location but pretty inside and very close to The Tabernacle for pre-show dining. Great find!

It was amazing! Took my girlfriend for Valentines Day even with the amount of people it was still romantic enough for us to enjoy our evening and still be able to talk with each other and the food was delicious. I recommend the short ribs!!!!

White Oak was incredibly easy to work with and accommodating when we needed to increase our reservation. This is our go to in Atlanta to host a dinner for our customers while we’re in town for an event.

Quite overpriced. Cheeseboard was more bread than cheese. Be prepared to order a side with your entree. Wines were even a bit pricey. Came here when they first opened and was disappointed this time around.

We arrived for our reservation, made weeks in advance. After sitting down, we waited 20 min for water, were told someone would be with us with menus and to take drink order. We finally picked up menus. No attention or eye contact from servers. After 45 minutes, we got up and spoke to manager about lack of service. Instead of saying, “let us treat you to a drink right away, a dessert after dinner or I’m so sorry”, he said “We’re really busy!” We normally go to WOK 2-3 times a week when we’re in Atlanta multiple times a year. Never again!

I have dined here a number of times and always had an excellent meal and service. This experience was so disappointing. We ordered 2 filets mignons and one came and the other entree was not a filet. The server said they ran out and it was another cut of beef that was inferior. It was sent back and they brought the fish special. In the meantime, we had asked for the wine menu and we had finished our entrees before they finally came to take the wine order. We opted for a glass instead of a bottle. The server or manager never properly apologized for all the oversights. They did comp the steaks wine and desserts which was appreciated but the evening had been ruined and I will not be returning.

We had a great time at White Oak. Our servers were amazing and helped create a really special night. The food was shockingly good (the charcuterie board was huge! and very good, the shrimp was incredible), and the drinks even more so. I can highly recommend the Blackberry Sage Old Fashioned - I’ve found that most places serving a fruit infused old fashioned overdue the fruit and mask the complexity of the whisky; not so here! It was made perfectly. We’ll be back!
