took an hour to get our food during lunch and waitress kept saying she would get her manager to help but no one ever came. once our food arrived, she mentioned that the tickets weren't being seen by the kitchen (even though tables around us were getting their food). we waited so long that once the food got to the table we had to ask for togo boxes. i would rather have spent that money somewhere else especially since i pretty much paid to sit there. i understand this can happen but they should have 1000000% comped something for us but all we got was a "sorry".

Had a lovely dinner at Westville. We were seated right away and then there seemed to be some confusion about who was taking care of our orders. Once we ordered drinks, it took a while for it to come and only after we reminded the waiter about the order. He did apologize and comp the drink, so that was great. Smooth sailing after that. Enjoyed the market plate of veggies - which are always delicious as well as a salad. Always a Westville fan!

Pre-show meal for a group of 4. The varied menu pleased all in our group. A well-built space where other conversations do not reverb off every surface which made an extended conversation possible. No pressure from servers to turn over the table. Good ambient music to boot, not too loud either. Very reasonable prices.

This was my first time at Westville Hudson. The location was convenient to meet up. It was busy when we arrived so talking over other conversations kept the volume up. The menu is great and my meal met my expectations. I had a nicely made portion of grilled salmon with vegetables (kale, spinach & garlic w pumpkin seeds and roasted rainbow carrots). Our server was attentive and we didn’t wait too long for our meal to come out (we did not order appetizers). For dessert we tried the special - pecan pie a la mode. It was delicious. We also tried the Van Leeuwen ice cream sandwich. It was so good as well! Overall great place and value. Try this restaurant - it is a little gem.

I ordered a Cobb Salad with Chicken Cutlet- I normally get the Turkey burger which is amazing. Not so happy with the Cobb not alot of ingredients- They would not chop so the chicken piece were big and cumbersome. Not enough dressing- asked for more never got it- Next time will stick to the Turkey Burger

Met some old friends there. None of us had ever been but we made a reservation based on TripAdvisor reviews. The fresh vegetables were amazing! The guys had hotdogs and said they were great. The Chicken Pesto salad was delicious and it was a generous portion. Also enjoyed an IPA.

Really pleasantly surprised by this place all around. The shakshuka was better than in many high end spots in the city. There are so many other things on the menu that looked good too!

Restaurant had a good vibe tonight and the menu was appealing for a casual dinner. However, the steak was left off my shrimp and steak salad after the server specifically guided me to order the steak addition, and the cocktail had a giant hair in it. All in all, a potentially good experience spoilt by poor service.

Westville was great for Lunch. We were having a business lunch so we did not have a lot of time to sit around for long. I was grateful for the quick and attentive service. The salmon teriyaki was really good and so flavorful. For my two market sides, I had the garlic mashed potatoes and asparagus. Both were delicious. To drink, I had a refreshing Arnold Palmer. I've been to Westville many, many times over the years and I will continue to go.

Server was extremely skittish about being close to our table, and stood at least 3 feet away to take our order. While I understand her caution, I would have preferred that she just wear a mask! The addition of a side order cancelled out the two sides that were supposed to be included with one of our meals; we were told (again, from 3 feet away) when we asked why that any change negates the original configuration. We were charged the original price, PLUS an additional charge for the extra item, so that doesn’t really make sense. The menu seems more confusing than it really should be. There was nothing at all molten about the molten chocolate cake; re-heating it before serving just made it drier, and I should have sent it back. All in all, a less-than-satisfying experience, nowhere near as good as the original Westville on W. 18th St. was!

Beyond wonderful the food is delicious The drinks are perfect. Service is helpful. The best. All tastes: vegetarian to carnivorous. Great coffee and dessert.

Great food & service! We didn’t realise the IPA beer was hazy but it was quickly replaced with an alternate, so no problem!

my family and i are absolute fans of westville. We normally go dine in at the East village and Chelsea location. We wanted to try out Hudson’s location overall the service was on point. Great customer service from front of house! To drink we order a spicy Paloma and honestly it didn’t taste like a valid up to date drink. We also order a burger medium and it came out well. The greek salad was heavily dressed as well. Maybe the kitchen had an off day but we definitely expected more!

Dine at this location multiple times in large or small groups. This time it’s slight different. Didn’t feel right during our family dinner.
