Westbank Grill pairs distinctive flavors with casual elegance to create an inviting dining atmosphere reflecting Jackson Hole's historic Western heritage. Westbank Grill provides a warm and elegant setting for breakfast, dinner, and holiday meals.

The dinner menu offers a modern-American twist on the classic steakhouse, serving prime steaks cooked to perfection on an 1,200 degree infrared grill, fresh seafood, and signature side dishes. Entrees are served with a choice of a signature sauce, adding flavorful variety to the meal.

Westbank Grill is also open for breakfast daily, providing guests with a choice of both healthy and hearty options to fuel them in the day's wild western adventures.

Resturant was very loud, food ok. Adam. Our server, was amazing. Do not order anything that needs to be cut with a steak knife, knives need to be sharpened. We arrived on time, but our table was not ready, the host and hostess were very nice and called us 20 minutes later. Do not order the veal chop, save your money and your jaw. Get the bison ribeye.

Great service and experience. We ordered the beet and agnolotti starters, trout and salmon mains, a side of Brussels and the signature s'more dessert. Everything was wonderful. Definitely a great place for a special meal.

We drove here from in town in the snow for dinner on Valentine’s Day, it was snowing pretty hard, so it took about 30 minutes for us to arrive. We valeted at the Four Seasons and walked right in, the restaurant is cabin themed with an open kitchen and an amazing full wall window view. The service was great, very friendly, the ambiance and drinks were great. I ordered the ribeye, the squash bisque with lobster, and roasted veggies. My steak was on the salty side but I prefer too much salt than a bland piece of meat. My hubby had the bison chateaubriand that he liked and twice baked potato. He was excited to try the bison and said he really enjoyed it. The waiter brought out little red velvet cake balls complimentary as a desert and they were delicious. All in all it was a good meal with a great view. We returned the next morning for breakfast and it did not disappoint! They were out of turkey sausage so I ordered chicken sausage as I don’t eat pork, I had scrambled eggs with cheese, hash browns, and a waffle. Everything was excellent!! It was nice to have breakfast while looking out over the mountain watching all the hundreds of skiers coming up and down the slope. Would highly recommend.

Everyone went according to plan. Great setting, very responsive server, delicious food (salmon & steak with sides). We were very well taken care of. The seating was excellent with a snow view. Recommend.

The food was amazing and our main server was great. I had the pork chop, truffle Mac, broccolini, duck, and mashed potatoes which were the best I have ever had eaten! The cowboy cookie was made to order and warm gooey and delicious. A spectacular birthday dinner!

Started with an awesome bottle of French Chablis with a dozen delicious oysters. My wife loved her salmon entree and the Elk chop way prepared perfectly. Absolutely amazing place will return soon!

Dinner was first class. The whole meal outstanding, from the appetizers to the main course. Beautiful location with an overlook of the mountains and ski lifts.

Little disappointed about the food. We’ve had better meals there. The side dishes to our steaks were very bland and we needed to add salt and pepper to make it somewhat less boring. The steaks were excellent, except they came out more well done than the medium we ordered. Not okay for $70 steaks.

My wife and I split a delicious Wedge salad, and then she had to pork belly appetizer as her entree. It was a generous portion for an appetizer and had a very flavorful crust! The Smoked Duck was perfectly cooked and seasoned . The presentation was qourmet quality

Overall great experience! We loved the food and felt it was some of the best we had while in Jackson! Was a little disappointed that they don’t do anything special for any events. It was my Birthday, and my fiancé had let them know. The waiter also asked us if we had recent got engaged-which we did 2 days prior- and we thought it was an odd question and then they didn’t bring out champagne or anything as a celebratory drink. Other places in Jackson did. We’d come back for the food, but definitely don’t go to celebrate anything.

The food was very good, however we had to wait over an hour to get our main course. The waiter and manager (I believe) apologized several times, we didn’t want an apology we just wanted our food. It helped that a discount was given and lessened some of our angst- however, we probably won’t come back! I’m a business owner, and I know the feeling of my employees offering poor service, so I get it. It’s not about the product, it’s the service!

Food was excellent. I ordered an elk chop and the temp was perfect. All the cocktails were also made well, never ending summer is a good cocktail for someone seeking something sweet and citrusy. The smoked duck is also a delight, and the trio butters is a must for the bread service.

We opted to try the tasting menu which we’ve done before, and really enjoyed this time around we loved or appetizers, the pork belly, and the beautiful, beet salad that was so unusual and delicious. The main courses, however, failed on both counts. The Idaho trout was dry as cardboard and the pork chop was not cooked at all. I mean it was literally raw as I was cutting through it near the bone. I don’t know how anyone could’ve described that pork chop as being properly cooked then the cream sauce over it with the row eggs I just thought it was almost repulsive. It just didn’t belong on a pork chop. The desert soufflé was wonderful. Loved it. I just don’t know what was going on with the main courses.
