We had a nice meal here but we felt the service was lacking a little bit of enthusiasm and we had little to no discussion with the wait staff. Eg when we ordered steaks we had forgotten to add sauces- I personally feel the waiter could have upsold some sides or sauces or asked if we'd like to add one. The steaks were cooked perfectly for medium, and our sides (creamed spinach & sauteed onions) were exactly what we expected. The mac and cheese left a lot to be desired, it had quite a runny sauce and felt very much like what I might cook for myself at home if I was in a rush. The wine we had was great.

Excellent from start to finish. It was our first porterhouse steak and it was cooked to perfection, and every app and side we had was just as good. Really top notch spot!

Good wine, good dine, good time. We loved every minute of our experience. Very tight spaced dining room but the food is amazing. The huge 12 oz filet mignon was way way more than I thought I would eat but it was so tender and practically melted in my mouth that I’m embarrassed to say I easily finished it. It was so very good. The sautéed spinach and mushrooms were wonderful and the sides are portioned for sharing. Be sure to end your meal with their special mocha martini if you are not having a dessert. Service was subtle, appropriate, and professional. Just a perfect evening.

Great place for food and drinks. The steak was amazing and the side orders were bussin. Great service and waiter that actually live working where they work at. Definitely going back once I get a bonus from work lol.

Steak was not good- dry and not juicy at all and I asked for medium rare. Location wasn’t great either - on 10th Ave. not worth it for the price you pay- menus are cheap and food quality not good

Reserved for Anniversary meal on our trip from the UK, Staff friendly but not intrusive on our dining experience, food was amazing 😋 for anyone wanting a straight forward dining experience this is a must to visit, I will definitely return as the steak was cooked to perfection 👌 not excessive amounts, the taste was amazing, highly recommended to any steak lovers or anyone just wanting an intimate dining experience in Manhatten

All I can say is wow! What a gem came on a Wednesday with some friends, and it was great from the food/drinks to the service. Our server, Nicholas, was wonderful, very kind, and professional. We ordered our drinks (aperol spritz, cosmopolitan, Russian mule, and negroni. We started with the shishito peppers, caesar salad, and a spinach salad with a bacon vinegarette. We shared a porterhouse (medium), mashed potatoes, mac and cheese, asparagus, and mushrooms. Everything was delightful . Serving size with all of us was perfect for 4 people. We wrapped up with the pecan pie (outstanding), key lime pie, chocolate martini, and frangelico. The decor was ok, I was a bit surprised based on the location. Met an old college friend for dinner last night and everything was amazing, especially the bacon wrapped scallops. Definitely recommend to anyone who finds themselves in the Hell’s Kitchen neighborhood.

It was our first time visiting this Steakhouse. Our appetizer, the French onion soup was absolutely delicious. The salmon and Pork chops were cooked to perfection and were really out of this world and so tasty. And the chocolate lava cake was a perfect ending/dessert to a wonderful evening. Our server Alex was very attentive and catered to our every request during dinner. Thank you very much !!!

We tried Westside Steakhouse for the first time. It is a nice change from more formal steakhouses. The service was cordial and the ambiance relaxing. The food was quite good and a fair value for the money.

Everyone ordered a ribeye and no one was disappointed. The sides were very tasty and larger than expected. Five sides were ordered to share between four adults and it was too much but would have been ok if we hadn't ordered starters. However, I would still order the starters because they were amazing. The staff were polite and efficient.

Just off the beaten path of Times Square, this place is absolutely excellent. Cozy, intimate, and quiet, you absolutely get what you pay for here. The wine, steak, scallops, and cheesecake are some of the best I've ever had, and that is not said lightly.

Christmas Eve with close friends made for a great celebration!! We were greeted and seated by very welcoming front of house. Our waitress was outstanding!!! We asked for our mocktails to be served in a certain kind of glass and without hesitation she made that happen!! We ordered steaks and pork chops and several sides and all were delicious! REALLY delicious!!! We will of for certain return here again in future and recommend West Side Steakhouse to friends. Thanks for it all!
