Was kind of a dead atmosphere for a Mother's Day morning. We asked to sit outside which seemed to throw the staff. Only two smaller tables outside were the extent of outside seating options. The patio was not open on a warm morning?

Service was great. Seated at our reservation time. Food was not hot. Did not have the best taste. Drinks were overfilled with ice (barely any liquid)

Been going to Weber Lombard IL for many years. I have always given the highest marks. Always thought it was the best ribs ever with excellent staff and management. The last 2 times were disappointing. It appears they may be using a different purveyor for the baby backs or they have changed the timing. Ribs were tough and not fall of the bone. Although flavor was there. I hope this critique helps solve the issue.

We went to Weber Grill with another couple and it was great that the 4 of us could actually hold a conversation without trying to compete with other tables. All of us enjoyed our meals. 2 of us had the Halibut special and it was excellent. Lots of restaurant options in this area but the Weber Grill has a lot of pluses!

For the first time being here, the service was not good. Restaurant was almost empty but our waiter was not present and disinterested. He did not clear plates as needed...we had a pile just sitting there. Asked for salt and pepper and it took half of our entree before we received them. Took 15 minutes for refills on drinks. 10 minutes to receive the desert menu...not sure what happened last night but was absolutely disappointed

Had the steak skewers and rotisserie chicken salad. Both were excellent. Service was attentive but not obtrusive and drinks were delicious. Price wasn't cheap but not obnoxiously expensive either.

We were disappointed during our 3:30pm dinner today for our Easter dinner!! Service was slow!!.. & poor service!!! But our meal was delicious!!! Too bad... We had to wait long time for the server come back to us in-between... Therefore upsetting my husband... & at the same time!!...you failed to give us.... our 100 rewards point for today dining!!! OH... after today... We won't be coming back for a while!!! MF & CF

Outstanding food and service!! Had their meatloaf , which 2 of us ordered. It is amazing yo have grilled meatloaf! 2 people had the strip steaks and 1 salmon . Everything was exceptional!

The food was excellent! The kitchen was able to accommodate my request for some dietary sensitivities nicely and all of our entrees were delicious. We haven’t been there in a while but will certainly return

Our waiter Mohamed was great! The brisket wontons were amazing! The meatloaf was passable. The beer can chicken was great.

The restaurant was short staffed so service was slow. We were overcharged for the wine and had to have that settled. Food was just okay.

This was a birthday lunch where we tried the 'bistro steak' for the first time a day it didn't disappoint. Service and food were great! Hector, our server, was friendly and attentive. Thank you!

Our waiter was great. 3 of us, one had pork chops, one steak, and one chicken ceasar salad. We were all 3 more than satisfied with dinners! Keep up the great work Weber Grill!!

Food was not what I expected for the price. It was not as tasty. I wouldn't recommend it. I will not be returning, for the service was slow and had out food delivered in different time intervals.

Although we are long time patrons and always give as an outstanding rating we felt three food did not meat are past visits or expectations. It is almost like they changed C purveyors.

Our server was great but the food was disappointing. Burger was well done when it was ordered medium and the salad was bland. The server noticed that my friend didn’t eat her salad. He offered to get her something else but we were done with our meal. They should have removed the salad from the bill. We ordered pretzels and cheese and the pretzels were hard. I have not been at Weber Grill in a long time and it was our friends first visit. I’m afraid they will not be returning and with so many other options, neither will I.

For a Saturday night the restaurant was very busy but surprising the noise level was fairly low. You didn’t really notice the conversations at other tables. Our server was attentive and extremely nice. A manager even came around to ask the table how everything was and if we needed anything.

Celebrated our son’s birthday here this weekend. Food was excellent. From BBQ ribs snd chicken cooked to perfection and burgers that were tender and juicy. Our server Josh was attentive and an amazing server. He surprised our son with cake and ice cream on the house. Definitely recommend this place !

Our server Ivette was great! One person in our party has food allergies and she wrote everything down, took our concerns seriously and communicated with the kitchen staff. The service and food were excellent! Everything was excellent!

The food and service was very good. Met in the bar before our reservation and the service was a little slow. However, it seemed there was only one bartender and the bar was busy. Was surprised that the gratuity at 18% was automatically added for a party of 5. It used to be for a party of six. I would have tipped more, but was put off by not being told ahead of time, that I just went with the 18%.

Overall we enjoyed lunch, seated at a table overlooking the water. The restaurant was very quiet at lunch so an excellent choice if trying to talk with others. Service was exceptional. Though everything appeared very clean and maintained, this restaurant could use a bit of an upgrade in decor. It felt dark and a little dreary even though it was a beautiful sunny day. Our food was very good, with my husband ordering a burger and fries, and I tried the prime rib grilled with cheese on sourdough bread. The only reason I probably wouldn’t order the grilled cheese again would be because, though tasty, it was messy to navigate. We will return and will recommend to others.

We came for Sunday dinner. Everybody was very pleased with their meal. The staff was very attentive.I love the meatloaf. The rack of ribs were very good also. Will be back again!
