We are in Chicago once a year in the month of May - in connection with the NRA fair. Our first night in Chicago is always at Weber's restaurant Downtown - it's always excellent - unfortunately it wasn't this time, the food was average, the service wasn't as usual either. We will have to try again next year

The overall experience was ok the food was ok.. I expected the food to be more flavorful considering they have a whole line of awesome seasonings but seems like they were missing.. NOTHING i tasted wowed me. The waiter Mahjoub was horrible he was very rude and entitled. He got really upset that we asked for the check to be split and we asked them to remove the gratuity so each ticket could tip separately which would have totaled more than his 18% that was automatically placed on the bill. Well he walked over to another worker and said loudly, “yeah they want me to take off the gratuity happy Mother’s Day huh!” Which was really rude and unprofessional. Then he walked by our table and told us we should be ashamed of ourselves for not wanting the automatic gratuity. We spoke to the manager and it was really just brushed off like it was ok behavior that was being displayed. My biggest issue was that we never stated that we wouldn’t be tipping we just asked that we were allowed to tip separately. Long story short nothing was done to fix the situation that occurred I will never go back to this establishment because seems like the money is more important than customer service.

We hear great things about Weber grill but that must just be dinner. This is the Weber at the Hilton garden inn and I hink they do breakfast as an accommodation for the hotel. They shouldn't. Service was shabby. Food was marginal. Would have been much better off walking down the street to Eataly and gotten something there. Will not make that mistake again

The food is very good, the idea to make the barbecue on Weber Grill is great and makes this restaurant special. During my visit I noticed a few negative things, one was the noise level - I was placed close to the kitchen and the other one was the service. Beside that everything worked well and also there was basically no waiting time, the service itself was a bit carelessly, also I had to wait for more than 20 minutes to get my table although I had a reservation.

Everyone’s meal was great but mine who ordered a filet mignon. It was the smallest and least delicious filet that I had ever ordered. Although I had ordered for medium it was dry, rubbery and not tender at all. I was very disappointed. Although, I shared my disappointment the outfit didn’t do anything to make it up to me.

Dinner for my sister's birthday was great: steak and shrimp, bar-b-que ribs, salmon, pork chops is what was ordered and the mac~n~cheese awesome!!!

Excelente servicio y la recomendó del vino la adecuada. Un mesero no recuerdo su nombre pero es de Guatemala, muy atento.

I have been multiple times and the food is always great. I was very surprised that there was a service charge added to the check. I did not notice it on the menu and maybe that is my fault but I was very surprised it was added to a party of 2

This was the perfect place after a long day of museums and the park. Something for everyone. Food was good and prices were reasonable for the city.

My husband and I both ordered the New York Strip steak. It came with mashed potatoes. I added a ceasar salad, and he added the mac and cheese. The food overall was good.

A very nice place for food and drink. The manager and waiting staff were very courteous and helpful. Will go back again.

The staff has not been properly trained in fine dining. Friendly but the server missed refilling the water glasses, the table setting was off by 2 place settings, we had to ask about the specials; when the food came out they were short one meal. It was never comped. We ordered another bottle of wine and took 15 minutes for him to bring it to the table. The restaurant was extremely loud and it was difficult to have conversation amongst the group. Weber Grill needs to invest in their employees on fine dining. If you charge $$$, one should expect $$$ service.

The food was delicious and the service was exceptional! Our waiter Darko was Amazing! Great experience and I will definitely cone back! Recommend this restaurant to any and everyone!

The Manager was rude upon entry. The waitress was brash and passive aggressive. Some people were arguing at the table behind us, over there bill and the food service. (All this before we even order a glass of water.) Upon entry you couldn’t even smell the food. Restaurant location appears to be tied to a Hotel. There are other Weber Grills, choose one of those instead.

By far the worst steak I've had in Chicago. Perhaps it was my fault for ordering the prime rib, but it was literally cold, with no taste and overcooked. The best part of the meal were the string beans. I'd advise to go about anywhere else to eat.

The food was very good. Potatoes were a little cold but part of that was we waited while they fixed an error made to one or group's meals. We waited to eat until she had her food back. Our waiter was fantastic! Personality plus and did not steer us wrong. Very knowledgeable about the food there!

A great Easter brunch, we loved the food. I had the best burger in my life, and my friend loved his ribs, and the cheesecake and chocolate cake were to die for. Our waiter Jerome was attentive and kind, yet unobtrusive.

We ordered three onion soups to start, two had the cheese nicely toasted, the third appeared to have been burned (based on the blackened cheese on the bowl) then scraped off and the cheese replaced and only slightly melted/toasted. The cheese on the third soup was thick and barely warm, not at all toasted, and came up in one big blob. The server seemed indifferent. Of the two half orders of baby back ribs, one was cooked perfectly and fell off the bone while the other was charred and bits of the meat crispy. Again, the server was indifferent.
