    We love this place but it is a bit loud if you’re seated more in the interior. We love how the widows completely open out onto the street; great on a warm summer night.

    Excellent! Meal: Warm bread with salted butter. Trojan Roll as an appetizer. Wild Ross Sea Chilean Sea Bass & Wild Local Bigeye Tuna. Roasted Brussels and Mac & Cheese. Highly recommend.

    The food and service is excellent! We were seated next to the open windows and there was so much street noise it was tough to enjoy the restaurant atmosphere. On a previous visit we were far away from the window and the atmosphere was perfect. It’s worth every penny!

    Service was outstanding! Food lacked luster mussels were drowning in cream , tuna toro was browning and we recieved a spawning, milky oyster. Dover was delicious though. What happened to the food quality here?

    Service was great. Food was as good as we had hoped. Host was very nice and server was top notch. Ordered sushi (better than average) scallop dish (average) and wedge salad (one pithy slice of tomato and 1/3 of a head of iceberg)sad really. Dessert was ok, huge pieces of salt with the bread pudding… beer was good tho!

    Food was awesome. Service was spot on. We got there before Padres game and had a really nice time before the game. We will be back

    The seafood is so, so fresh, the service top notch, professional, and friendly, and the wait staff's advice is knowledgeable. Water Grill is our favorite seafood restuarant in San Diego! We tried all the oysters -- 6 from East Coast and 6 from West Coast. Briny, just chucked, and each different. Then I had the softshell crabs that were in season and fixed just right and served with a watermelon salad that complimented the saltiness of the crab. My husband had the King salmon that was also in season and my sample just melted in my mouth. Divine!
