The food and service were exceptional. I had Osso Bucco and it was absolutely fantastic. Violino goes to the top of my list for fine dining in the city.

Cozy, comfortable dining room.in our group of 4, we tried several salads, appetizers and different main courses and desserts. All were very generous portions and delicious. Made for fun, relaxing, unrushed evening. Will be returning! Thank you!

Perfect for romantic dinner date night. Pasta made in a cheese wheel.. what else can you ask for?? Portions were very generous and service was quick and not too overbearing/chatty which we prefer :) can’t wait to come back and watch here again!

The virgin mojito was not good (they didn't charge us for that so sweet!). The food was amazing! Though we were seated right next to a loud/chatty group, the whole restaurant was empty. We would have preferred a quiet table. Didn't want to seem rude so didn't ask to be moved.

It’s a beautiful location with a warm and welcoming ambience. The pacing of the meal was perfect and we did not feel rushed during our dinner. The food was delicious and thoughtfully prepared. The menu lacked vegetarian options however, many of the dishes could be made with without meat or fish on request. it would be great if the restaurant could update their menu menu to highlight vegetarian options and to provide an alternate price point when the meat is removed.

Violino is a go-to restaurant for us for special occasions. We have never been disappointed. The food is delicious, creatively presented, and well-prepared. Furthermore, the service is excellent, efficient, courteous, yet unobtrusive. We will be back to celebrate our 38th anniversary!

Only downside was that we purposely picked a fancier restaurant to get away from the kids and there was a family with 3 young children (under 5). Guess some families are bougier than us. But food was great, staff was great. Perfect meal sizes for a full 3 course meal. Will definitely be going back.

My girlfriend and I went here for their Valentine’s Day special, we were really looking forward to a nice meal but unfortunately we were let down. To start off, we were not greeted for about 5 mins but saw 2 tables who came after us be greeted right away. We ordered a bottle of wine, but unfortunately points in wine service were missed. We were not given a taster of the bottle and the wine chiller was just pulled over from another table with melted ice and an empty bottle in it. Our server slammed our bread onto the table and quickly turned around and walked away. She was short with us and she seemed busy and rushed. I had the dish with mussels and shrimp but some of my mussels did not have any meat in them. The biggest let down was my girlfriend’s Chicken Marsala. It did not have a creamy sauce but rather it was just chicken with gravy on top, I am assuming that the kitchen had run out of marsala sauce so the gravy was a substitute but we would have liked to be informed about that. The only highlight of our experience was the dessert which tasted amazing. Me and my girlfriend both work in the hospitality industry so we understand that sometimes things do not always go as planned but we expected to have a bit more of an intimate experience here especially for a meal we paid $400 for.

We were there on Valentine’s Day, and they were using a tasting menu that night. Unfortunately, we were disappointed in the food and the portion sizes - it was not worth the price at all.
