Vic's was lovely. We had a wonderful window table. Our server was attentive and kind. I ordered the sea scallops and my husband ordered the crab cakes. We felt the food was good but lacking on flavor. I wish I had ordered the special which was grouper. Would try this restaurant again.

We ordered the meatloaf and the filet mignon. Both came with mashed potatoes that tasted like they were made the day before and microwaved. The meatloaf was very dense and not flavorful outside the of tangy bbq sauce on top. The filet was not the best. I’ve had sirloin steaks that were a better prepared. Also ordered iced tea that never arrived. Given the price paid, we would have expected a better meal and service.

The bartender Jesse was wonderful. The vibe of the entire establishment was fab. Great piano player in the bar area!

I recently visited this restaurant to celebrate my dad's birthday and was very disappointed in the service. As someone who works at a high-end hotel, I frequently recommend this place to our guests and was excited to try it for the first time. Unfortunately, the service was terrible. The staff was unfriendly, made no effort to engage in conversation, and overall, it was not a good experience. While I did enjoy the food, excellent service is crucial, especially for special occasions. Given this experience, I am reconsidering whether to recommend this restaurant to others in the future.

This was our first time dining at this restaurant. The service and food were both good. However, our 2-top table along with a few others were crowded into a busy corridor that joined different rooms within the restaurant and I had constant (and I do mean constant) traffic behind me the entire meal. Not only were other patrons being led to their tables through this area, but the constant back and forth of the wait staff made it impossible to relax. This distracted from the ambiance greatly. I’ll likely not return.
