Joe behind the bar was amazing. Drinks and service were above and beyond. Started with oysters and had NY strip with scallops for dinner. Order zucchini with whipped feta as a side. One of the best dinners I have had in a long time.

The waitress was fantastic and very attentive. She made our experience even better than expected. First time we had been there and when we are back in town we will definitely come back.

We have been to urban grub many times and have always been very happy. We will definitely go back again. However, on this trip, it must have been an off night. Despite letting our service staff know that we had tickets for an event, delivery of drinks and food was very slow. We noticed tables around us being served before we were yet they had sat down after we sat. Everyone tried really hard, and it was probably some type of miscommunication between all of the servers. The manager made it right and we were satisfied with that. In summary, the food is outstanding, the service is usually outstanding, and we can’t wait to go back again.

Our server Heather was attentive and our food came out quickly. I highly recommend selecting the corn as a side dish! We also appreciated the valet because self parking can be a challenge in that area.

The food was amazing, service spectacular, and the atmosphere engaging. We sat in a booth in the bar area before it got busy. By the end of our meal we couldn’t hear each other across the table as the bar was full and very loud. I highly recommend eating on the right side of the restaurant if you want to have a conversation with your dinner guests.

Great food and very attentive service. It was my wife's birthday and she is a foodie, everyone was aware and did an outstanding job of walking her through the menu and celebrating her birthday. We liked the variety on the menu. There were four of us and we had salmon, ribeye, pasta, oysters and donuts. Everything was tasty. Bernadette was our primary person, but she had great support and several managers stopped by the table at different points to check to make sure that things were going well. When they did it was authentic and not a check the box exercised. Also seems like the staff all pitch in to take care of what needs to be done. Looking forward to going back.
