Had a great experience before a concert. They were willing to work with adding to an already large group and we were all running behind schedule and were late to our reservation. The waiter was patient and we had a great time. Food was very good! Would come again!

The service was outstanding. The atmosphere is wonderful. We arrived for an Easter Brunch Buffet. The line of chaffing dishes included bacon, sausage, eggs, pastries waffles, etc…. There was an omelette station and prime rib. The price was very reasonable at $26 per person. We had a nice brunch.

Party of 7 all but 3 were drinking. Rhonda did great about being on top of getting drinks and keeping waters filled. Our appetizers and food were out in a very timely manner! She never once made a problem out of our many request! The food was delicious, drinks were enjoyed along with the 1 dessert that was ordered.

So very disappointed in our experience. When we were first seeded at a very dark table, we asked to be moved to a separate table, and the hostess was quite annoyed, and then said, “those are reserved,” which made no sense, considering we had reserved standard seating on OpenTable. The server was quite aloof, and in fact, walked away from us as we were giving him our appetizer order. Food was OK. The server admitted the root beer barbecue sauce is simply Sweet Baby Ray’s with their root beer syrup mixed in. He could not inform us if the root beer had caffeine or not, which is something he should 100% know. When the check came, there was an error which needed to be fixed by a manager.

We've been coming for fat Tuesday for several years now. It's always a good time. Delicious special menu, I always get the seafood Caroline and alligator bites, so good. They always have a great band and it gets pretty energetic. Be patient with servers/bartenders as it can get quite busy and you'll have a good time.

Delicious food across a menu with a wide range of options. A physically large restaurant but the seating is arranged so each table area has an intimacy to it. The second floor is a better option for those who want to fully hear their table mates. Very much appreciate that they honor those with reservations PROMPTLY, even on a Saturday night. A fun place with great value.

Nice bar, I've been here many times in the summer for Brunch. They had a nice large lunch menu with everything from Sandwiches to Steak. I had the Salmon, which was amazing. The Apple Slaw went so well with the Mediterranean Spiced Salmon, and the wild Rice. The food came out quickly. The service was sufficient. He came and checked on us. He wasn't intrusive. Nothing outstanding but not bad. I would definitely go back again.

When our food was brought to our table they didn’t have enough utensils or napkins for us. After awhile we were given more forks (still not enough) and then some cocktail napkins. We spent over $300 on dinner and they couldn’t wash enough forks or give us enough dinner napkins. The food was good, but when you order a $45 steak, you shouldn’t have to wait for a fork. That kind of set the tone for the whole experience.

We had a very bad food experience there, we just ordered two hamburgers and they were dry and tasteless. The buns were even worse, they were old and stale. Not a good food experience at all. We used to love going to the Upstream but that might have been our last visit there for a long time.

Have been here several times for the Spin dip, this time the dip tasted sour and wasn't the portion we normally got. Looked like they rushed it our and didn't melt the cheese on top of the dip and the dip was barely warm. They asked how I wanted my burger (medium) and it was over cooked. Bun was dry and stale, fries were ok. My wife had soup and salad with salmon on the salad. She said her food was ok. Second time we have come with mediocre results.

I don’t recommend any special occasion menus at Upstream. I ordered a $70 New Year’s Eve surf and turf special, and it was very disappointing. The steak was not tender, and while the scallops were prepared very well, there were only two of them. Finally it was supposed to come with a salad, but they didn’t bring that out until after I had my main course.

Our server was very prompt and attentive. The appetizers came out almost instantly, almost surprisingly fast. I had good drink suggestions and my nieces enjoyed the ice cream and juice that came with the kids meals. The adults all seemed to enjoy what they had and often had extras but were too full to finish. It was a very smooth and quite nice evening meal.

The food was great! They ran out of the Pumpkin King Hefeweizen beer I liked, which was disappointing. The service was slow, and it took awhile to get our beer and check. Normally the service has been good, so I’m hoping this was an outlier.

This was a great place to go for a wedding Anniversary celebration! We all enjoyed the food and felt the overall experience was great 👍 The only things was the wait for the food seemed long, but it was worth the wait. Very good food and huge portions!

We have eaten here about 15 times and this time it didn't disappointment. Steak was cooked as ordered and the green beans and mashed potatoes were great to accompany the steak. You doesn't like steak and potatoes for dinner. Had very good service and the experience was excellent as usual. Peach margarita is always a good choice
