Les propriétaires, Susan et Ben Roberts, associés aux frères Wes et Chris Wheeler depuis 2015, vous invitent à profiter de leur cuisine américaine contemporaine dans laquelle ils utilisent des techniques de cuisine française classique teintées d'influences de partout dans le monde. Leur programme de boissons comprend un bar complet, de merveilleuses bières artisanales locales et une carte des vins de 150 bouteilles avec + de 50 vins offerts au verre pour lesquels Undercurrent a été reconnu à la fois par Wine Spectator et Wine Enthusiast. Undercurrent s'est systématiquement classé parmi les meilleurs dans leur catégorie de restaurants. L'ambiance est vraiment l'une des meilleures de la région et vous disposez d'un grand espace lors des repas. Le restaurant compte désormais une terrasse vraiment fabuleuse. La terrasse fonctionne sur une base de « premier arrivé, premier servi ». Greeted us kindly, and our waitress was there almost immediately as we sat down. It was her first day yet she was very pleasant and acted as a natural. Will be coming back!

Had a great dinner with my wife last night. Undercurrent never disappoints. My wife had the quail special. Very tasty. I tried the curry soup (perfect amount of seasoning and spice) I had the shrimp tart (delicious) and the spring rolls. Thank you UC staff for a great evening.

The consistent level of service, be it at the bar or in the main dining area, Under Current is the gold standard. Never trying to upsell you on wines and always trying to guide you through the menu to be sure you get something you like, the staff is wonderful. Quality of food is commensurate with pricing, which is always a good value. Been coming for years and will continue!

Undercurrent never disappoints. My brother always gets the Duck. I tried the Mahi special. Both were fabulous.

Undercurrent is consistently great...dishes are well-conceived with layers of flavor, service is top notch and wonderful ambiance. It has to be one of the best, if not the best, restaurant in the state.

One of our favorite restaurants…not a huge fan of current menu, but staff is great, food quality outstanding, and menu will change!

Bravo to the staff at Undercurrent. The service and the food were excellent. The tempura green beans were excellent and I will order those again. We ordered the nightly specials which were both delicious. Don’t skip dessert! Both the blueberry cheesecake and the mango tart were fabulous. We will be back.

Our brunch of French toast and a traditional breakfast were very nicely prepared. We do holiday dining a week in advance of the holiday...it makes for a relaxing meal. Scott was our server and he is excellent and always adds to the enjoyment of dining at Undercurrent.
