Ulele (prononcé you-lay-lee) célèbre la fusion dynamique des ingrédients des eaux la Floride, terre de nombreux Américains autochtones à une époque, y compris le légendaire jeune princesse Ulele.

Such an overrated restaurant. I do not get the hype other than the atmosphere. I had very over cooked chicken, crab Mac and cheese? Like cold canned crab dumped on top. Waitress tells my adult children that you serve coke products when they are both in their late 20's. So rude.

The food was fantastic. Our server was very friendly but she was very busy so the service was a little slow but it was fine for us as we were socializing with friends and we were not in a hurry. We will definitely be returning.

Austin provided exceptional service. Management is always visible and making sure our experience was excellent. The food is consistently good and their charbroiled oysters are the best around! I would be remiss if I didn’t mention valet and reception who set the tone for a wonderful time. Thank you.

First time. Lovely space and setting. Just quite noisy . My food (pompano) was delicious. Taylor was superb waitress.

This is a beautiful restaurant with a great location and a cool theme. Great place for drinks but the food is mediocre at best. I had Pompano, not good. The server was nice but was not attentive. I’ll go again but drinks and appetizers only.

We booked this restaurant for our 2 year anniversary, having flown over from England, spending some time in Jacksonville and then latterly Tampa. We had two entrees, shared a desert and two sodas, with the total time spent in the restaurant over 2 and half hours. The restaurant was extremely busy and clearly couldn’t keep up with the demand. The whole experience really took the shine of what should have been a special occasion.

The oysters were full of shells, so not worth near the $40.00 per doz. price. Pointed out to the waiter that the oyster shucker needed to be more careful, which was conveyed and acknowledged, but other than an apology by the waiter, nothing done to compensate us.

I had the regular steak that comes with fingerling potatoes. I found the steak a little tough. The potatoes were excellent. The atmosphere is incredible and the service was excellent. Next time I go I will try the fillet mignon. Ulele is located near the River Walk, so after dinner had an enjoyable walk along the river.

This was my 3rd or 4th time dining at Ulele; first time sitting in the back corner near the "Laughing Horse" statue. Party of 4: College student, college graduate (whom we were celebrating), and two [more "vintage"] adults. One cocktail before dinner: Buffalo Trace Old Fashioned (from outside bar) Two Appetizers: Calamari and Fried Gator Tail Entrees: Mahi-Mahi (x2), Pork Shank (per server recommendation), Short Rib (also per server recommendation). Three Desserts: Coconut Ice Cream, Key Lime Stack, and Bourbon Buttercake; double espresso (x2) As expected, the food was delicious, and the portions were perfect [with a leaning towards large portions]. Oh, and the Old Fashioned was also perfect. Although we were there for 2 hours, service was quick and prompt; we got to enjoy the experience overall. The food came to the table at the right temperatures. We never had to ask for any soda or water refills. One not so flattering comment is that the noise level seemed to be somewhat loud; not excessively, nor obnoxiously loud. Just noticeably loud for our conversation at the table. However, the noise level makes sense being in a vast floorplan with hard surfaces all around to reflect sound. Attire was mixed (it didn't seem that anyone would feel out of place wearing a ball cap and t-shirt, while another patron is wearing an oxford and sportcoat). Demographic was also mixed... families, families with young ones, business people, couples on a date, etc. All in all, I would absolutely recommend and return to Ulele.

For appetizers - The jalapeño muffins and shrimp were amazing, highly recommend. For the main dishes, the big hit at our table was seafood risotto and hangar steak. Drinks were a bit too strong for my taste, but overall would recommend this venue, if the weather is nice, eat outside, the ambience is great on the lawn. Shout out to our fantastic server, Josh!

We ate outdoors with a river view. It was a beautiful Sunday for lunch. Food and service were excellent.

Our waiter Austin was awesome and gave us wonderful recommendations on the food ! The food was perfect temperature and delicious. We are outside and even though it was warm, they had the fans on and proper shading.

What an amazing dinner. We were celebrating my daughter’s graduation and our server, Madeleine, brought out some amazing chocolates and a congratulations card signed baby the kitchen staff. What a memory! This is one of the best experiences we have ever had. If you want amazing food and fantastic service, this is your place. Not to mention the location and ambiance is wonderful too.

Restaurant was recommended by several people but we were disappointed. Fried alligator and calamari were mediocre, as was the mac and cheese, and limp side salad . Only reasonably good dish was the seafood rice dish. Surprised by all the high reviews. Maybe not our style or just expected more, or maybe came in a bad night

Celebrated my daughter's graduation from USF. All 4 of our dinners were excellent. The drinks and wine were also very good and many choices to choose from. I would definitely dine here again for our next celebration.

Everything was great. This was our fifth time dining with you and it was awesome as usual. AJ was great. He made a few recommendations and explained the new menu items. Can’t wait until our next visit.

Had to wait over 90 minutes for food to arrive after we placed our order. Would expect something complimentary since we had such a long wait. Had eaten here before and had a much better experience. Was celebrating our daughter's graduation and had friends who came all the way from London. So disappointed all around.

Everything was top notch. Our server was Lennon and I am extremely impressed with him. The food and ambience are amazing. We will be coming back to Ulele.

Always enjoy meals here. Ate outside on a warm breezy evening. Okra fries with home made ketchup and the Succotash for appetizers. Shared the blackened mahi, pompano with crayfish, papaya slaw, carrot ribbons, rice, corn salsa. Finished with bourbon butter cake! Food was a little slow but server was wonderful.

We had some friends from out of town from Houston that were in the Tampa Bay Area and had never spent much time around this area of Florida. They loved the whole area and the vibe around Armature Works and Ulele. We had drinks and appetizers at the bar and dinner upstairs. The Food and ambiance were Amazing. Our friends were really impressed and loved the meal. I have eaten at Ulele at least 6-7 times since they opened and have never been disappointed.

I ordered the short rib plate. They put the beef and green beans on top of mashed potatoes. So everything tasted like mashed potatoes. A little segregation would be appreciated for a plate that cost that much.
