Chef Jaimee Pepe is at the helm of Twin Creeks Steakhouse, which proudly serves 100% Certified Black Angus beef. The difference is in the details at this award-winning steakhouse, with its unique brand of personal touches developed over nearly two decades of operation.

The Prime-grade 16-ounce New York Strip is hand-cut in house and can be finished with a choice of eight sauces and toppings, including a unique coffee crust, brandy peppercorn, or the classic French demi-glace.

At 40 ounces, the colossal Creekstone Farms Tomahawk serves two, filling the table with lobster mashed potatoes, grilled asparagus, black-truffle butter, and two scratch-made sauces.

Dinner begins with fresh bread service, featuring three house-made selections and a choice of accompaniments. The hand-made butter, which is rumored to have its own fan club, is cultured and churned right in the kitchen.

The dining experience is complemented with an extensive wine list, and a selection of boutique bourbons.

Our dining hit all the marks last night on Mother's Day! The lobster tails and crab legs were excellent! Our waiter, Joshua was wonderful!

Bread service is with excellent bread selections. Tomahawk steak special was very good for 2 people sharing.

So when someone recommended, “Let’s go to the Steakhouse at the Silverton” we had the same thought…the Silverton? The dump on Blue Diamond with the Mermaids and Bass Pro Shop? I know…but man on man…you will be pleasantly surprised if you’re a local! The design is great. The food was fabulous. The service from Joshua was fantastic. I cnt even think of something that was bad. The drinks were great (try the smoked Old Fashioned), the steak tartare, the dates, the steaks, the Chilean Seabass, the scallops and the dessert – all amazing! We were gob smacked! If you’re a local, you really need to try it out. If you’re not a local, you still need to try it out! We will be back.

Arrived at appointed time was seated right away. Menu's arrived and waitress explained daily special. We decided on Steak and broccoli. I ordered a Crab cake in addition to special of day. It arrived and it was ice cold and not eatable. I ask that the chef be told, but never heard more about it. Waitress arrived with steak and presented it on our table and walked away. No help in serving our plates which we had to do with little success. Sadly I know why she didn't serve the steak it also was cold and so tough we could not eat it. As she cleared the table she never mentioned as to why the steak wasn't eaten just told us that we could share one desert. Cream bre la (not sure of the spelling) arrived with 2 spoons and it was also as cold as everything else. I can only surmise that the gas to the kitchen must have been shut off. HORRIBLE dinner and cost $179.00 with a $20.00 tip Never again !!!Twin Creek should be shut down ! Silverton should investigate this restaurant!
