Really like it when they do the buffet for Mothers Day! Great food with a lot to choose from and we still had excellent service with our drinks and anything else we needed

Mother's day brunch wasn't very impressive and felt very overpriced for what you got. Food choices were limited and not very good quality. One bright spot was our server. I wish I'd gotten her name but she definitely made our experience better.

After being seated we waited about 15 minutes for a server but no one ever approached us or even acknowledged us as they walked by on their way to other tables. So, we left and had a lovely meal at another restaurant in The Village that was happy to serve us.

The food was just okay compared to some other restaurants we like. For example, I got a chicken bacon avocado sandwich and the flavors were good but the chicken was kinda dry. The fries were kind of basic. Nothing was bad, it just wasn’t mind-blowing. Service was a little slow. We had to wait for several minutes with empty glasses to get served more water — but with that said, our server was super friendly and kind and we had an all-around positive experience.

We had the best waiter. He was very friendly and helpful. We asked him for whiskey recommendations. He was spot on with his suggestion.

2 hours to be served. Drinks were not being refilled. When food finally came, we had missing food only to be told it is out of stock. No real apology and nothing comped. Very disappointing as I took friends as I have been before and had a much nicer time.

My two friends and I had a lovely lunch at Twigs to celebrate my friend’s birthday. We went at a time that wasn’t too busy, so the noise level was quite low. We each had the pear beet salad with chicken, and all of us enjoyed our salads. We also each had a cup of the tomato bisque soup. It was a little different texture than we were used to, kind of like a spaghetti sauce. We didn’t enjoy that as much, but overall, we had a very nice time.

We have always found this an average restaurant. Last night we were seated and then ignored for 20 minutes. Not a hello, water or menu. We left and will not go back. If you want average food and poor service, Twigs is your place.

They messed up my chicken order. The mashed potatoes were undistinguishable swimming in the chicken oil that it was cooked in and vegetable was too. Soggy and tasteless.

The three of us ordered two dishes to share, the restaurant had very few customers at the time. Food was delivered timely but both plates of food were cold.

The food was delicious. The ambiance was great. The service was friendly but it took quite a while for our server to greet us after being seated and the appetizer never arrived. Once our main course came out we were able to remind our server that we never received our appetizer. He removed it from the bill and it did come out after that.

My friend wanted to treat me to somewhere special that specializes in Martini's. It was absolutely delicious. I'm from Southern Cali and unfortunately you are not located there. Maybe someday and I'll be one of the first in line for the grand opening.

The wait staff was so helpful and kind! They even called me ahead of our reservation to discuss food allergy options. They pay attention to details and serve delicious food. We have always been impressed!

Ribeye and coulotte steaks were amazing! Our waitress was attentive and even remembered us. Very close walk afterwards to the movies. A great evening!

My husband and I ordered the same thing Mushroom shrimp risotto His dish came out with big shrimp with tails - mine came out with quarter size shrimp We told our waiter Adam - he said I’m sorry the kitchen is killing me tonight No manager came to the table to look & talk with us. Same dish - same table- should look EXACTLY alike! Adam was a good waiter and this was not on his The host brought our meals to the table The restaurant was busy but not slammed by any means This needs to get fixed!!!

We strive to maintain a consistent and high standard in all aspects of our service, and it's disheartening to hear that we fell short on this occasion. We did get substituted some smaller shrimps so we ended up having to use them. There is no reason that two different sizes should have been used on the same table though, and for that I am very sorry.
