Drinks were delicious. Salads, grilled salmon and chicken Parmesan were truly top notch. Ice cream for dessert was yummy. Service was the absolute best. So glad we ate at Tuscan Kitchen for Mothers Day. Everything was perfect!

Great meal celebrating Mother’s Day. Our server was not very attentive and we did not have simple things like salt and pepper on our table. Additionally, a side portion of red sauce was brought out without a serving spoon so we had to dump it from the bowl to the plate which was a bit awkward. The food took a long time to come out but that did not bother us. The food and drinks were delicious.

Very nice dining experience, but not at the level of a Davio's. Some dishes are excellent, and others are just OK. Service is only adequate and needs refinement. They now list gluten-free options on the menu, which is good, but they do not offer gluten-free bread as many fine restaurants now do. Room for improvement.

Made reservation Sat 5pm. Arrived 10 mins late but were seated promptly. Nice table view outside. placed order quickly including appetizer. Order mixed salad and asked to split it, but they only split it in two and we were three, so that was odd. Appetizer served calamari was delicious. Main meal served in acceptable time. Gave us bread and water but never offered to or refilled either. Meals were excellent, average portion size, very tasty. Had glass wine. Got check but then sat and no one came to pick it up, so had to go ask a nearby server if we cud check out. For the price paid, the service needs to be crisper/better/more attentive. I think they were understaffed for servers because our server was good but seemed to be managing multiple/too many tables.

We had a reservation at 7:30 and were served bread - that’s where our good experience ended. The restaurant was not busy, and not a single waiter or waitress came to take our drink or food order after 40 minutes. There were several waitresses in our section serving other customers, all of whom avoided eye contact and did not seem to be bothered to check whose table we were sitting at. We ended up walking out at 8:10 and went somewhere else to eat. We have to eaten here several other times with good experiences, but this situation was extremely frustrating.

We loved the truffle risotto, creamy and just right. The mushroom ravioli was scrumptious and service was quick and friendly. Definitely worth it!

The jazz was great and the reason I booked. Sadly, the food experience is very mixed every time I go. My husband got the chicken parm and the pasta was overcooked and he said the sauce tasted like Hunts. For the price of the food there, that's unacceptable. The first time I went to the one in Salem, NH we both absolutely loved it, but we've never had the same experience/quality at the Burlington location unfortunately.

We went to see the jazz band and were seated behind a partition so we didn't see anything. It defeated the whole point of going.

We partook of the first Jazz Dinner night and it was perfect. Our table was in clear view of the entertainment which was excellent and at a volume that allowed for conversation. The food and service was over the top.

This is a great place for a family get together. Very spacious and a friendly staff will make you feel very welcome. We had a few vegetarians in our party and the kitchen was able to provide enough vegetarian options - such as customizing a pasta or pizza to take out the non-vegetarian ingredients. We ordered the a bunch of appetizers (the burrata is noteworthy). The truffle fries could be better - it lacked the crispiness and needed a bit more salt. The scallops, salmon and the penne pasta (with customized vegetarian ingredients) were great. Certainly a great place to be with friends and family.

The quality of the food is top notch. I'd like to see a few more options on the menu though what's there is the best of northern Italy.

We found the restaurant very noisy difficult to talk. The tables of 2 are crowded together about 12 inches apart so the server always has her back on top if you waiting on the next table. The drinks were good my boyfriend got the haddock which was very good, I got the Shrimp Scampi which was extremely heavy with oil and really not a lot of flavor sadly plus the pasta was clumped together. The Creme Brulee was good but not your typical custard consistency. Overall not impressed maybe a bad night?

Had a great meal on Friday night. Mushroom Ravioli and the Cod were yummy. Had tried to use an Open Table reward, but due to an Open Table issue, we were not able to. The manager called OpenTable support to try to help us, and when they couldn't help, she was nice enough to give us a bit of a discount. It was unexpected but very much appreciated.

The table we were seated at was so close to the tables on either side of us, that we felt like we part of their private conversations. There was barely a foot of space between our tables. When we commented that we did not get the specials menu, the people at the table next to us offered us theirs. The food was good, but it was not elevated above ordinary. We have dined at the original Salem NH location many times. In comparison, we were disappointed.

Nice ambiance; we asked for a quieter table and were given the perfect booth where all four of us could hear each other, despite our hearing impairments. Service was exceptional and food was delicious. This was our first visit - we’ll be back!

Wine list was not up to date, as all 3 wines I ordered were not available. The waitress brought an option which was more expensive and not what they had on the wine list either. The menu was very different than the online menu. My wife’s favorite dish was on the online menu, but not on the actual menu. I ordered a frutti di mare, a shellfish dish with pomodoro. Pomodoro, by definition, is a light red sauce. I was served a sauce with so much crushed red pepper that it was inedible. I am quite certain this was intentional because I refused the wine substitutes and called them out for the wine list not being updated. I am a regular customer with a membership to their rewards program. I have watched them gradually deteriorate from a premium Italian restaurant to this. Very disappointing. It appears they are investing their future in Tuscan Village and just riding out the lease in Burlington. Tuscan Kitchen in Salem is great, but I suggest you avoid Burlington.

We went there for my birthday dinner. Food and service was excellent. I had the 10 oz fillet and it was cooked to perfection. My wife had the backed haddock and that too was excellent. A bit on the pricey side but worth it for a special occasion.

Very nice, had not been there in several years. Only wished for more pasta entree selections other than ravioli dishes.

The overall dinner was delicious but the octopus was tough and not prepared well. Other times we have gone and have gotten the octopus it was good.

For me it was a little to dark in the place they sat us. My meal was delicious. I got the scallops and my husband got the chicken parmigiana. He said it was to dry and chicken was very thin.

Delicious food and awesome service!!! The environment is always good, a very nice place in all aspects!!! We had a great time with our friends and we were not rushed out as most restaurants do!!!

I’ve dined here before and the service was excellent…today was not that day. I asked for a glass of wine and our server opened a bottle at the table, poured a glass and left it, then we all wondered what was going on…the bottle was on the bill. We ordered the calamari which says ‘Point Judith RI calamari’ and it was not even close. The rest of the food was good but not great and overall the service not so good. I’m in the rewards program and told our server this and provided my rewards no. and it was never added. Not a great dining experience.
